Enjoy your stay in this simple flat in an old house between Hieflau at the Enns river and Eisenerz, the medieval mining town for iron. Listen to the rushing Alpine river Erzbach; climb some peaks in the surrounding Alps or swim in the lake Leopoldsteinersee in a 10km bike ride on a cycle path. Update June 2025: works started to build a water power station on the river below the house. As a result there might be noise between 6:30am and 4pm on weekdays while the river bank is not accessible.

The cozy living atmosphere on a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the roof terrace on the garden side - quickly make you forget the missing elevator. Important note regarding sleeping arrangements: 1x double bed 160x200cm 1 x double bed 140 x 200 cm 1 x pull-out bed 160x200cm 1 x infant travel cot (2 emergency beds - no special sleep quality!)

Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.
