We loved this home, located in a cute town quite close to Hochkar ski resort. 4 of us and the house was fully equipped. Absolutely wonderful.

It's a perfect place for the rest! Fits very well and the city of Scheibbs can also be easily reached on foot in 1 hour or by bus in 5 minutes. If you like animals and are perfectly ok with cats looking for your attention, then this is the place for you 👍🏼

We absolutely fell in love with this apartment. Ines was a fab host and it had everything we needed. Beautiful location and we didnt want to leave!

The place, communication, hosts are all great. We stayed for 1 week, we loved the place. One remark for people who are sensitive to noise: since it's an apartment building, there are people who wake at 6-7 am and go to work, and one of the bedrooms is near the entrance in the building, so there is some noise in the morning. Also from time to time you can hear the above neighbor walking around the house - again, not a big deal for us. Overall it was a great stay/location etc. Next time in Linz, I would definitely pick again the same place.

The Losenbauerhütte is truly special. The chalet combines the charm of a rustic mountain hut with all modern amenities (sauna, large kitchen, washing machine, heating, Wi-Fi)

The host was very nice, the room was spacious and clean, and we were even offered complimentary drinks. It was a very pleasant stay!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

This home fulfilled our Christmas holiday expectations. The home is full of character and we really appreciate the history. What an experience for our children to stay in a home that is older than our country. The kitchen is well stocked, out in the quiet country about an hour west from Vienna. The hosts were warm, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Very appreciate the great，friendly，proactive host for more than sufficient detailed information. The house has a relaxing vibe like our home on the top of the mountain. We enjoyed sledding in the back yard slops with spectacular views. And our toddler loved playground in the garden with many outdoor toys. The kitchen is also full equipped with more than we needed. We enjoyed our stay here so much! The house is very nice, quiet, spacious and comfortable. We were impressed by the very big attention to the small details, as you can find everything you need there for the stay. We and our kids enjoyed the big cozy living room, terrace in the amazing apple tree garden with the flowers. You can find lots of interesting places for some sightseeing - Wels, Linz etc. are just 15-20 away by car. For the kids we would strongly recommend Wels science museum and small city routes + zoo. Small bakery is 4 min on foot from the house, supermarkets/cafes are also very near. The host is super hospitable, thanks a lot for all the recommendations provided.

Margit and Harald's apartment is a real 5-star accommodation. Super clean, modernly furnished and cozy. The two are incredibly warm hosts and always gave us valuable tips for exploring the region. The place is highly recommended without a doubt!

The place is clean and cozy. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away, and it's only one stop to the main train station from there. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sabina's place for our trip to Linz and will definitely come back next time!
