The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

Our flat has a seperate entrance, is furnished quite new und Garden area can be alsobused incl some possibilities für children to play. Apartment with terrace at the edge of the forest near Salzburg

The apartment is located in the beautiful idyllic Rupertiwinkel. Our great garden at the edge of the forest, with birdsong and the sheep on the pasture next door, overlooking the mountains is pure relaxation. The best way to get to us is by car. The apartment is located in the basement. Cleaning agents and disinfectants are there. A bike path leads around Lake Waginger and Lake Taching, the warmest lake in Bavaria. The heath hike with the moor lake is only a kilometer away.

We offer a 50 sqm apartment with mountain views! We live here very secluded and quiet so the perfect place to really unwind! The lidos in Taching and Tengling are each about 2 km away. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.
