We stayed with our two children (8 and 12 years) over New Year's Eve for a week in the beautiful vacation home of Sonja and Klaus. The house lacks nothing. It is very well equipped and very lovingly and tastefully decorated. Even a foosball table and a small pool table are available in the basement and were played diligently by us. The location of the vacation home is very good. Within walking distance to Lake Chiemsee. A car parking space is available in the carport - nice if you don't have to scrape in winter. Sonja and Klaus are very friendly and likeable owners. If necessary, they are happy to give tips for the area and current events. We will be happy to come back!

Our family with two children (twelve and fourteen years old) had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. The location is perfect, with magnificent views of Lake Pelham. We enjoyed the fantastic view every day. The house is very spacious and well furnished, the large windows guarantee a lot of natural light in every room. The kitchen is fully equiped and provides all the amenities (including fully automatic coffee machine). The contact with Andrea was straightforward. Many beautiful excursion destinations (including Lake Chiemsee, Rosenheim or Wasserburg am Inn) are nearby. The lakes of the 7-lake district are very nice for swimming. Our favorite was the Schloßsee. But don't be afraid of the trusting carp here. The house is a wonderful place, which we are very happy to recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.

Constanze's spacious lakeside home was a gem of a find! An idyllic location; gardens leading down to the jetty & lake ; amazing views across to mountains; excellent scenic walks to either end of the lake; train station 5 minutes walk away with regular, reliable service to Salzburg & elsewhere. We made the best use of this beautiful house & location & the wood burning stove was very much appreciated on the cooler evenings! Constanze was a great host, was there to meet & greet us & with excellent communication via phone too & we have no hesitation in recommending her lovely home.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

We had a wonderful time at this place. The apartment was clean, cozy and perfectly equipped – from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable bed. The location is ideal, with plenty of opportunities for eating, shopping and exploring nearby. The host was very friendly and helpful, communication straightforward. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this place. 😊

Here’s the revised review with Christiana included: I had an absolutely excellent stay—5/5! The experience was truly exceptional, with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. The house was spotless, and the location was absolutely spectacular—perfect for exploring the area and enjoying everything it has to offer. The highlights were the wonderful details left by Christiana, like a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and a bottle of wine, which made us feel so welcome. My entire stay was perfect! Andreas (&daughter) were super friendly and open-minded, but also left one in "peace" and were not intrusive! The room was very large! The location perfect! Would come back anytime!!! Can only recommend everything, couldn't criticize anything!!! (:

Really lovely traditional Austrian Accomodation. Right in the centre of St Wolfgang. Easy to get to lots of places and very welcoming.

Spotless new villa, equipped with everything you need - a lot of thought had been put into making sure your stay is as convenient as possible. Amazingly equipped kitchen was a pleasure. The greatest veiws you could wish to wake up to. The place is better than to the photos, and Hannes was very proactively helpful to make sure we are enjoying ourselves. Highly recommended!
