I do not even know where to start.Gratitude and excitement fill my heart.Felix is a perfect host, he made this rental with love and understanding of travelers needs.Actually, it is the best place I ever stayed during my travel.Everything done with great taste and thought about guests.Bed and living room couch are just so comfortable , you feel like sleeping on the cloud.Very clean and esthetically decorated, used best materials and furniture quality.I can keep going, but I want to say few words about Felix.He is very kind and friendly person with deep love and expansive knowledge about his magical cit.He took us for a tour of the city for more than 5 hours and it was phenomenal.We fall in love with Salzburg and definitely be back to stay in Felix’s glorious place.Thank you Felix from the bottom of my soul You are wonderful And we consider you a friend .

We had a fantastic stay at Christina’s place. It was an easy walk or ride on the hotel shuttle from the parking area and we were given very clear instructions for check in. Christina was a very responsive host. The apartment was so cute and comfortable and the view was even better than in photos. We loved our visit to the Hallstatt area and would not hesitate to stay at Christina’s place if we returned. Thank you!!

The stay with Thomas and Thomas was beyond amazing. They were both extremely welcoming and always responsive to any question we have. They truly make the place2be feel like home and we were happy to call it that for the past few days. The location is in a small quiet town with a great supermarket down the street. There are many lakes and hikes just a short distance from their home which made this stay even better. Thank you to the both of you for providing us a great home that we were able to relax and enjoy our time spent there. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and if you have any questions just reach out to either of them and they will provide you with all the help or questions you may have!

We felt very comfortable in the lovingly furnished and sparkling clean apartment of Barbara & Werner from the first minute and also spent some cozy hours on the great terrace. Everything and more is available (kitchen and bathroom are well equipped). The location is quiet and yet you can do a lot, the lake can be reached in a few minutes on foot and by bike you are immediately on the beautiful bike paths. Barbara was always available and took care of our well-being. We had an all-around wonderful vacation and would definitely be happy to come back to this place :)

We stayed with Heidi a week ago and had a great stay. The apartment is quietly located, super and stylishly furnished, clean and has everything you need with children. The surroundings are fantastic. The children especially liked the in-house chickens and rabbits. :) Heidi is wonderful in communication and a great host. On the next way to Italy, we will be happy to stop at Heidi's again. Beautiful modern apartment, very clean, everything you could ever need, unfortunately no dining table, only kitchen bar with stools and no space for the legs. Central location, parking space, value for money ok. Very friendly, helpful, always available landlady.

Fantastik place with great hikes and restaurants close by! Beautiful view, very clean and peaceful. Veronika was a super host, good communication and made us feel at home. Can highly recommend!

Julia and Sebastian's apartment is simply a dream. Quiet location and very lovingly furnished. There was really nothing missing! Just to feel good. Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Julia and Sebastian welcomed us warmly and were always available for us throughout the week and gave us great tips for the area. And last but not least, our dog felt very comfortable. Absolutely recommendable. We will gladly come back.

The place is beautifully located. Everything according to the description, really very well equipped and very clean. The small garden is well maintained and offers plenty of space for cozy evenings outdoors. Communication with Yvonne was friendly and very accommodating. We felt very comfortable and were completely satisfied. A clear recommendation! Glad to come back!

Hassle-free, nice contact and friendly welcome by the family running the long-established pottery with the beautiful workshop. Beautiful views over the lake and the mountains to the east. In summer, a plus is certainly your own "mole" not a minute away with deckchair and parasol. Frauenchiemsee is fast walking, but if you are there for a few more days, still attractive again and again, as well as Herrenchiemsee next door, where we have been several times away from the "tourist must". Everything you need is pleasantly available. Apartment in the old house (18th century?) logically somewhat clairaudient despite modernization, therefore plausibly more peace and quiet between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. But that doesn't bother anyone on this so quiet birdsong island. Gladly again and thank you !

We felt very comfortable and our daughter was able to get a first impression of farm life. The hosts are very nice, helpful and child-friendly. The apartment is clean, well equipped and actually bigger than it looks in the photos. You can make many beautiful day trips in the area. We will be happy to come back!

My son and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is clean, very nicely appointed and in brand new condition. It's an easy walk from the train station and to the town center. We appreciated getting away from the hustle and bustle of Salzburg in the evening to this special place. I wish we could have spent more time exploring this quaint town! The host was very easy to communicate with, prompt, and provided great local suggestions. The backyard is a great place to relax too! Highly recommend Premium Apartments. We would definitely stay here again!

Ingrid was a fantastic host. Her commumication before and during our stay was excellent. She met us personally on arrival and when we left, providing helpful hints and tips about the local area. The apartment was in a great location within Hallstatt and ideal for visiting the surrounding areas. Providing a dedicated parking space outside the apartment was really helpful given the parking restrictions in the village itself. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ingrid thought of everything from robes to slippers, umbrellas to toiletries and much more. We had a lovely relaxing week and are very grateful for Ingrid's care and consideration throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Hallstatt and surrounding areas.

A terrific host and a terrific apartment! Situated on a quiet street but very close to central Salzburg, only pleasant walk or short bus ride away. Peter was a very responsive, helpful, and friendly host. Would easily stay again.

The house is a little old but the surrounding is amazing, very close to the best photo spot of Hallstatt

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We will be happy to come back.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The place was really great. The apartment is one of several in the house. The entire apartment was super clean and fully matched the pictures and description. The kitchen is well equipped and the associated induction field, as well as the oven and microwave are modern and in a 1-A condition. The host - Freddy - was always easy to reach and always responded promptly. The surrounding area is very beautiful and idyllic. The whirlpool was very relaxing and is in the garden with beautiful views! A In addition, the barbecue hut can be booked, which overlooks the house slightly elevated. This is also very modern and lovingly designed. All in all, I highly recommend the accommodation and would travel there again at any time. We were only in Erding and on site, so I can't say much about the connection to Munich etc.

We spent the weekend there with 3 couples and 3 children. We enjoyed it wonderfully. Especially for the children, the spacious outdoor area with the rabbits and chickens was great. Absolutely quiet and relaxing location. Communication with the host was absolutely great! On the first evening at 10 pm, we noticed that we needed an additional duvet, which was brought to us within 10 minutes. And later check-out was also possible without any problems, so we had a totally relaxed departure day. We highly recommend it.

This apartment was absolutely fantastic! Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and packed with thoughtful amenities — including a hot tub our kids absolutely loved. The location was perfect for exploring Salzburg, but what truly made the stay special was the host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even surprising us with a lovely breakfast and treats for the whole family. Her kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one truly stands out- Highly, highly recommend!
