House was easy to find and was very clean on arrival. Looked just like the pictures and descriptions. Supplies like trash bags, dish soap and toilet paper were all well stocked. The yard is fenced but if you have small dogs, there could be a few spots at the gate where they might fit through. There is a backyard neighbor with a large black dog that likes to charge the fence and bark when my dogs were outside. After the surprise the first time, it’s not a big deal- the fence keeps him on his side but be aware if you have a reactive dog. Landon was responsive pretty quickly to any questions or concerns I had Overall, it was the perfect place to stay with our family for a few months. Would highly recommend!

The house was a great spot to spend two quiet nights. The deck was a peaceful place and the house was in great condition with tons of decorations. Thank you for this nice little house.

This was the most perfect space to stay for a few days! It was quiet, absolutely spotless, and perfect size space for two people. There is even a small backyard/deck area that looks newly built that was accessible to us which was a nice surprise. Quaint and quiet neighborhood and we felt completely separated from the rest of the house. We would come back here again and again when visiting Greenville!

Beautiful home! And all of the nature around is just truly peaceful and lovely as well. We loved the mature landscaping and the trees and the azaleas were in full bloom! Very comfortable beds and pillows as well as couches! Felt like home! Even nice soft blankets!! We were also able to easily cook in the kitchen to enjoy some meals there too. The grill outdoor is in very good condition and we also were able to use it to grill for dinner. He was super quick to respond with any questions!
