Monthly Rentals in Wacissa River

The place was super clean and so cute! Love the decor and it just set the mood for relaxation. We saw deer on our way through the neighborhood grazing, so cool! The yard has so much room to run around with your pet. Home away from home! Loved our stay! Anyone looking for a place then this is the one! Will stay again!!

This place was cute, clean and comfortable. It is on a pretty, wooded lot that is private. The price was well worth it. Less expensive than a hotel room and much nicer. There is a 2 burner stove, an extra large dorm size frig with freezer, microwave and nice size countertop convection oven. I didn’t see the oven listed in the description so it was a really wonderful bonus, I used it everyday. The TV was large and had a ton of channels. The bathroom had a full tub with a shower. A few things that really made it comfortable were the feather pillows and the mattress. I slept beautifully my entire stay. I would stay here again and I will. Also good to note is the location. 15 minute drive to the beach or in the opposite direction to Tallahassee.

We enjoyed a great stay with friends at Jonathan's Midtown Quaint Retreat. It was convenient to FSU and restaurants. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the living room accommodated us comfortably. The retreat was easy to access and we felt safe. We appreciated Jonathan's hospitality!

Loved staying at Katie’s place while in town for a wedding. She was such a hospitable host and the property is beautiful! Great find close to everything in Tallahassee.
