Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Gartenanlage (Olivenbaumgarten) und Pool waren sehr gepflegt und sauber und es war einfach schön. Abends kann man entspannt auf der Terasse grillen oder einen Spieleabend mit der Familie machen. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß und geräumig und man hat leicht zu 8 in dem Haus Platz. Die Kommunikation mit Fred hat durchgehend spitze funktioniert und auch Igor (Hausverwalter/Gartenpfleger) war sehr nett und hilfreich. Kurz gesagt: es war sehr schön und erholsam.

Wir waren als 4 köpfige Familie 2 Erw. und 2 Teens (16+14) in der Unterkunft. Wir waren begeistert von der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das war genau das was wir wollten. Das Haus ist ist zwar klein,aber es reicht völlig aus. Alles ist schön dekoriert und platziert. Genau wie man den Bildern entnehmen kann. Das Außengelände ist einfach ein Traum. Bis in die kleinste Ecke durchdacht. Die Outdoor-Küche haben wir regelmäßig benutzt. Wir waren jetzt im Oktober dort und hatten auch noch gutes Wetter. ( durchschnittlich 22 Grad ☀️) Dadurch wurde der Pool und Whirlpool sehr gut genutzt. Die kleine Bucht ist auch einfach sehr schön. Wir haben dort einen ganzen Tag verbracht und waren ganz alleine. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur bestens empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

Ailemle birlikte güzel bir hafta geçirdik. Ev güzel dekore edilmişti ve olanakları güzeldi. Havuz çocuklarla keyifli vakit geçirmemizi sağladı. Mangalin olmasi büyük bir avantajdi. Ev mahremiyet doluydu. Sakin, keyifli vakitler geçirdik. Ev sahibi cana yakin nazik biriydi. Herkese tavsiye ediyoruz. Pişman olunmayacak konum ve imkanlara sahip güzel bir ev !

Das Ferienhaus wurde wie beschrieben angetroffen! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Der Innenbereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Küchenausstattung ist top, es wurde alles vorgefunden, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch! Bis zum Strand sind es ca 25min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Boris war tadellos! Das Ferienhaus ist weiter zu empfehlen!

We had a lovely stay at Gianna’s place. The view is very nice and the surrounding is peaceful. The bed were comfortable. There is AC everywhere in the rooms. The house is functional. Maybe some pans in the kitchen in better shape would be nice. The outdoor is nice and the pool was very appreciated. We stayed during the beginning of June and temperature was nice on the terrace. Maybe more shadows on the terrace for warmer day would be a +. It’s really nice to have this outdoor kitchen. The outside furniture is confortable. (Some towels for the pool/ beach could be given) The location is nice. You can reach Krk island in 10 min. Lots of nice beaches and even dog friendly beaches within 10-15 minutes. Having a car is a must. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, the outdoor with the view is great. The house is functional. Gianna is really nice and gave us some advices to visit and for restaurants. Thank you. We would definitely come back. :)

Es war eine super Unterkunft für eine Woche! Man benötigt auf alle Fälle ein Auto, damit man zu Buchten, Märkte. etc kommt. Sehr cool, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Auch der Griller und der Pool auf der Terrasse sind echte Highlights. Einzig der Lärm von der Strasse ist etwas störend.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find beer and drinks in the fridge, which was such a thoughtful touch. The host was fantastic, always responding within minutes. On one day, we had a minor technical issue, but it was resolved immediately, even though it was a Sunday! The location was peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

This is a great green location with a private house. Plenty of space, quite area and nice balcony to sit in the evening. I definitely recommend for those who wants to live near by full of line beach line of Volosko and at the same time wants to have opportunity to relax in a house within trees and flowers. There is a own parking area belonging to the house. Dijana our host very helpful, flexible and supportive, she was always available for an advice or question. I can definitely recommend for other travelers.

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Der Balkon ist klasse. Für uns drei Personen ausreichend, Sicht genial. Straße manchmal etwas laut. Aber ist keine Hauptstraße, nachts war es lange ruhig. Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, Küche im Erdgeschoss. Aber für die schöne Aussicht sind wir mit unserem Essen gerne hochgelaufen zum Balkon.

Man kommt an und fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ein wunderbarer, friedlicher, sehr ruhiger Platz mit einem ganz besonderen Flair. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und bietet alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Der Garten ist ein Traum und man ist umgeben von einem wunderschönen Wald. Dies war sicher einer der besten Unterkünfte, die ich je gebucht habe. Dies ist so ein Platz, den man am liebsten nie verlassen möchte. Das Dorf Griziane mit einem Geschäft und eine kleine Bar ist nicht weit vom Haus und man ist in 10 Minuten in Grikvenica am Hausstrand wo es etliche Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Wir haben sehr viel unternommen und sehr viele Erkundungen gemacht und es war jedes Mal wunderschön an diesen besonderen Platz zurück zu kehren. Maya war sehr reaktionsschnell und sehr nett und sympathisch und sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Danke Maja für diese ganz besondere Oase der Ruhe . Wir werden auf jeden Fall zurückkehren . We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

This house is a little paradise. It is friendly, it made us feel directly “at home”. The view from the garden towards the sea is spectaculair. We stayed with two little kids who loved to play in the garden. It is a very beautiful house with a safe (surrounded) beautiful garden in a quiet small village. The house is well equiped with a dish washer and everything you need. Nice detail is that there is no tv, but plenty of more rewarding activities such as making a fire in the fire place, bbq’ing, chilling in the hammock, playing the guitar, Reading a book: Nejc is a very kind host. We definitely recommend this place.

Helena ist eine der freundlichsten Gastgeber die wir je hatten. Sie war immer erreichbar und mehr als hilfsbereit. Sie stellt nicht nur eine Unterkunft bereit sondern ein zu Hause auf Zeit. Wir haben uns in diesem traumhaften Haus mehr als wohl gefühlt und keinerlei Dinge zu bemängeln. Die Ausstattung ist super, vor allem die überdachte Außenküche mit Grill hat es uns angetan. Für unser Baby wurde ein Reisebett bereitgestellt und für uns gab es ein Erstversorgungskörbchen mit Frühstück. Durch den ummauerten Garten hatten wir es super entspannt mit dem Hund und ausnahmslos jeder hatte eine schöne stressfreie Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit zurückkommen!

Ines war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Alles hat uns rundum zufrieden gestellt. Das Haus ist wunderschön, mit tollem Pooll und ruhig gelegen. Perfekt zum abschalten. Ines ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

This is a hidden gem! The apartment is large enough for friends and family. It has spectacular views of the water and a large patio area for enjoying the outdoors. It is comfortable and convenient. The communication with the host is flawless and extremely helpful.

Urlaub ist was..., ist etwas auf das man sich immer freut und man hofft natürlich das man einen guten Gastgeber Familie hat. Wir hatten eine super nette und sehr freundliche Gastgeber Familie. Der Check in war recht einfach und schnell, wir durften sogar schon bei Ankunft rein. Keine Warterei bis zur Check in Zeit. Sowas ist immer sehr gut. Renato war auch immer erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten vom stressigen Alltagsleben abschalten. Die Ruhe war fantastisch. Da wir mit einem Hund gereist sind konnten wir in Ičiči leider nicht an den Strand, dafür aber in Opatija. Opatija hat einen abgesperrt Hundestrand, da kann man die Vierbeiner auch mal ohne Leine laufen lassen. Wie wünschen unserer Gastgeber Familie alles Liebe und Gut 😊

U app smo bili samo za vikend u možda i najbolje vrijeme,kad je bilo oblačno.Predivan pogled sa kauča na otvoreno more u koji možeš gledati satima.Zadnji dan je bilo sunčano i odbljesak od mora, je malo kvario doživljaj,ali ukupni dojam je bio super. Grijanje je super i app se jako brzo ugrijao,a podno grijanje u kupaoni je savršeno. Jako veliki open space i tri sobe su super za veći broj ljudi,da svi budu komotno. Malu su živcirati silni prekidači za svijetlo,jer je postavljeno jako puno opcija,pa nas je to malo zbunjivalo.Sve u svemu app nam je bio super.

La maison de Meri est chaleureuse et joliment décorée, elle dispose d'une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. le lever du soleil est magnifique ! Une autre terrasse dans le jardin pour manger quand il fait très chaud. Meri nous a accueilli personnellement et nous avons passé de bonnes vacances au calme. Attention toutefois, les routes sont escarpées et les plages assez chargées en août ! nous avons profité du calme de la maison et de sa fraîcheur lors des fortes chaleurs. visite à Rovinj, rafting en montagne, restaurants de poisson et expérience de plongée sous marine ! We stayed for two whole weeks and were enjoying our stay to the fullest. The house is spacious and comfy. Although the interior is not the newest, everything is clean and well cared for. The highlight is the terrace with its wonderful view of the Adria. Also there is a garage where we could park our car. The house is located in beautiful Volosko, where you can reach the inner city, the harbour and access to the sea within 10 minutes by foot. It is not as touristy and crowded as Opatija, which we really enjoyed. Still you can reach Opatija by foot by just following the “ lungomare” along the shore. There are many great restaurants in Volosko, where you can get local food and fresh fish. The communication with Daniel was also easy, quick and really friendly. So thank you for the wonderful stay. We would love to come back!

Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und kamen umgehend als wir ein Anliegen hatten persönlich vorbei und lösten das Problem. Es hat alles gepasst und wir hatten zu 4 eine entspannte Zeit. Ein Auto sollte dennoch vorhanden sein,da die Unterkunft relativ weit oben liegt. Die Unterkunft ist in jedenfall empfehlenswert und wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.

What an incredible escape. Beautiful views, comfy spaces, lots to do around you, and the manager Tea was a complete gem. We recommend this place! Just be aware of the size of your car for the narrow parking!
