Closed parking is provided to guests. The apartment is accessed via a 60m garden path that has about sixty steps. The apartment has 40 m2 and a covered terrace of 15 m2. Visit us and enjoy surrounded by greenery on a spacious terrace with the sound of the sea and views of the Opatija Riviera and the Kvarner islands.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
