Gemünden Castle is a former castle from the 13th century, which was converted for residential purposes during the Baroque period. The mansion offers 6 spacious bedrooms with space for up to 6 families and groups of up to 12 adults. It can accommodate 20 people in 5 double beds and on good mattresses. In addition, the building offers spacious common areas. 1 large living and dining room with open fireplace. 1 small lounge. 1 large kitchen, library, 1 sauna, 1 jacuzzi (use costs an additional €150).

Lean back & relax... Our one-room apartment was created only with natural building materials. With a lot of love for detail, I have processed natural slate & oak wood here. The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." A vacation home with a garden all to yourself. Our romantic vacation home is located in the middle of nature, on a sunny, forested slope above the small village of Mühlbach. The well-kept garden, enclosed with a hedge, has many nice seating areas. In the garden there is a small pond, two beautiful large sun loungers and a grill. The beautiful view of the village and the beautiful low mountain landscape enchants every guest. One pet is allowed.

Sheikh House "Living in a historic barn"

More than 20 years ago we bought the Sheikh House, a single house in the beautiful volcanic region of Vogelsberg. In the past, the farmhouse consisted of a dwelling house, a stable and the barn. We both worked in tourism and managed a holiday village for a long time. When we retired, we decided: This is not possible without guests! We have always dreamed of remodeling the old barn of our house – and now was just the right time.

Very cozy forest house in the magical garden with sauna

Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between Burgwald and Kellerwald. The garden was laid out by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful trips to Marburg or the nearby Edersee from here. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You can also start tours with our bicycles or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.

Gardenview

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.
