Modernized apartment (70 m²) in one of the most beautiful areas of the Rhön. If you are looking for peace and original nature, this is the place to be. From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

On my parents' property, next to our house, there is a beautiful two-room apartment with a separate entrance. Our guests can feel comfortable in the approximately 50 square meters. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and both a living room and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (55 x 79 inches / 1.40 x 2 meters). In the living room, a sofa bed offers enough space for two more people. There is also a courtyard with plenty of seating for shared use.

Unser frisch renoviertes und modernes Apartment „Sonne“ besteht aus einem großen und gemütlichen Ess- und Wohnbereich, mit offener und vollausgestatteter Küche. In der Wohnung gibt es ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60 m) und eine Couch mit Schlaffunktion (1,40 m). Das Badezimmer hat Tageslicht und ist mit Waschbecken, Dusche und WC ausgestattet. Unser Apartment „Sonne“ befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und die Terrasse mit angrenzendem Garten laden zum Spielen und Sonnenbaden ein.

Gardenview

You live in your own little house with private entrance. It has a toilet, sink and shower, sauna on request (€20 extra) and a small, beautiful garden. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed (1.4 × 2 m), TV, DVD and a good stereo system. There is another sleeping accommodation (2 x 2 m) in the upper area. It is a private household. We are happy to have guests and always try to provide a personal welcome.

Vacation home with sauna

We moved from the city to an old farm in 2016 and live here together with our dog Dago and three cats in the middle of Schwarzenfels, a municipality of the city of Sinntal, below the beautiful Schwarzenfels Castle. We are gradually renovating the farm. In 2020, our "vacation home" project was completed and we are looking forward to our guests.
