Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Viterbo

We abosolutely loved this place! We booked it based off of the outdoor space. The house was very spacious and our kids loved making fires in the fire place. The surrounding area was quiet and nice. Local supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance if you want it. This place was amazing, our kids loved it. My family will never forget this place!

Fantastic place a stone's throw from Rome... tranquility and relaxation we had dinner with huge outdoor barbecue!! Newly renovated apartment, fantastic bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen... Lavinia is very responsive for explanations and tips!! We played volleyball and soccer on a grass field that looks like Wembley!!!! Top! The kids were very happy with a thousand Things to do. Mr. Silvio (the guardian) is very caring and ready on every occasion for advice and help (he helped us light the outdoor grill and brought us the eggs freshly hatched by the hens!!!). We will definitely be back!! Thank you.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

The gate of the farmhouse is actually a portal to an oasis of peace. If you're looking for a place to get away from the stress of your routine and reconnect with your own pace, you've come to the right place. The garden is wonderful in its simplicity, it was practically our living room where we could have breakfast, doze off under the shade of the trees, read a good book accompanied by the cheerful song of the birds, which woke us up gently in the morning. I recommend Fiorire as a Pet Friendly farmhouse especially if you have multiple dogs, Brida and Errichetta immediately felt at ease living the outdoor space to the fullest, the property really offers the most practical solution to experience a relaxed vacation in accordance with their rhythms. They didn't want to get in the car when we left to go home. We slept very well, the amenities are simple and typical of a country house, you really go back in time where everything you need is essential. Magical, we'll be back

Very clean house and excellent communication

Outstanding stay! The house is located in an exceptional, nature-close setting with a large, fenced garden and breathtaking panoramic views. It is very well equipped, including bed linens, towels, and everything you might need. We were welcomed with a beautifully prepared table full of gifts – such a lovely gesture! The interior lighting is excellent, which might be important to some guests. The host was incredibly friendly, answered all our questions promptly, and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended!

A secluded and quiet place... for those looking to escape the day-to-day bustle of life this is the place for them. Great centrally located flat! It was a little dark inside the flat but this was not unexpected from the pictures and with how close it is to the waterside, still very lovely. Also, Simona provided some snacks and water which was a nice touch - overall can recommend!

We were there in the off-season and spent quiet days at the beautiful lake and in the old town worth seeing. The apartment is within walking distance, steeply rising above the lake in a quiet residential neighborhood. The lake views are fantastic. We loved staying in the lovingly designed privately used apartment, which gave us an insight into the local living conditions. Everything was in the best order. Our hosts were great. Although we didn't meet in person, we had very warm contact with them. They picked out valuable tips for our arrival and departure by public transport and provided us with many tips on good restaurants. Thank you for your support, Cristina and Enrico.

Very nice and well-kept place, the house is in great condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

It was a real pleasure to stay in Franco's beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by greenery and tranquility. In person it's even more beautiful than in the photos! Franco was very helpful and welcomed us, making us feel at home. Really a nice place where we'd love to go back!

Upon entry, you immediately realize you are stepping into someplace truly special. The entryway and staircase have been carefully renovated, giving an authentic, powerful sense of history and space. This medieval structure has been beautifully restored with meticulous attention to detail, blending historical charm with a clean, contemporary feel. The furnishings are luxurious and comfortable, creating an open, airy atmosphere that perfectly complements the building’s magnificence. The attention to detail is apparent everywhere. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find precious drawings and tasteful paintings that add a unique, personal touch. Both beds were incredibly comfortable with fresh-smelling linens, making for very restful nights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, making it feel like a home away from home. The views from the windows, with fog drifting through the valley, are simply breathtaking. This is a truly remarkable place to stay!

It's the best! It's by far the best Airbnb I've ever been to. The hostess was so kind, and she had a really clean personality, so the house was so pretty, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a good rest in a fairytale village called Orbetro, which was like my home. It's such a shame that I only stayed one day.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. I look forward to returning, perhaps in the summer.

It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog who loved the large garden and the company of the very sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and caring and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and practicality in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Beautiful and well-kept villa wedged in a wonderful green corner in Anguillara Sabazia near Lake Bracciano. The first thing that is truly noteworthy is that the place showed up in front of us perfectly as indicated in the photos almost that we had the impression that we had already been there. The house is more than comfortable and cozy in every way, from the kitchen to the sleeping area ending with the amenities. Tastefully furnished, with the presence of national and international objects, also of a musical type that instills a pleasant sense of life lived and appreciated. My family and I had a great time and this was an element that has contributed a lot to the unforgettable success of our Easter weekend!!! If we come back here, we'll definitely consider it.

Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.
