Our stay here was great. The charming old village of Calcata Vecchia is unique with amazing sights around every corner. The space was very cozy with a comfortable bed and all the small touches to make us feel at home. The Harry Potter collection suited the home and added a whimsical touch 💕 And finally the view from the rooftop terrace can’t be beat!

Cristina is a very welcoming and warm host. She is very attentive to the tenants. The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The place is in the countryside near the woods. My partner and I love to sit on the terrace to listen to the sound of animals in the evening. It was a fabulous 10-day stay. ☺️

We loved our stay at this cute cottage with beautiful views! We were kindly welcomed by Michele's sister. We got some fun tips to do in the area. The parents, who live in the yard, were ( just like the sister) very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even washed clothes for us. Beds sleep well. All necessary items are provided. We would highly recommend Michele's property.

Carlo was very helpful, he answered our questions quickly, his kindness was a huge differential. The space is spacious and comfortable, the neighborhood is safe and there is a shopping mall nearby with restaurants, a market and other services. The location is far from downtown, but there is a bus stop very close to the apartment that is about 15 minutes from the subway station. With Google Maps, we had no difficulty getting around everywhere and we still saved a lot of money. It was not necessary to purchase a card, just buy the tickets at the station or newsstand. It was a very pleasant stay and we thank Mr. Carlo for everything. We highly recommend it!!!

Overall had a very pleasant stay. It is close to the train station and many restaurants. The bathroom needs a little work. The door was hard to open and close and the shower was not working 100%. To use the extra features of the shower you needed to use the supplied pliers. Besides that we enjoyed our stay. The expresso machine was great.

With all my heart for this house as for all of Pitigliano, I give the highest score because it's really worth it. Mr. Elviro and his aunt are always available for all the information you need. The house is really a gem of Pitigliano. I look forward to returning!

We loved our month at Villa Tucciano! Better than the pictures! Mario was the primo host and went over and above the call of duty to make us comfortable. He even helped us with luggage lost by the airline. His family was nearby and attended to our every need, and also went the extra mile. I cannot say thanks enough! We loved our stay and these wonderful people at their fabulous villa!

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Very private and lovely little house located in an olive grove.

We had a wonderful night and everyone in our group loved this beautiful place!! The house, the environment, the host, and the view are all fabulous! Really appreciated the breakfast prepared for us - those are some of the best croissants that we had in Italy :) My daughter forgot her terry bear after we checked out, so I contacted Antonio, who came over at a timely fashion and opened the door for us, which we really appreciated! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you would like to spend a few days in the area, as that's what we plan to do next time - one night is not enough!

We have stayed here before and love the place. Large roomy bedrooms and LR and DR. Well equipped kitchen. Close to the Castle and the town square.

The apartment is a typical studio apartment contracted with a genuine and rustic taste typical of the area. I loved the loft bed, the exposed beams, the fireplace, and the wonderful view of the hills. Fabio was very kind and super helpful. I recommend this apartment for a long weekend if you want to visit Terni, Narni, Perugia and the waterfalls!

Simone was a super host! He was warm and welcoming in every response, and always quick to reply—no matter the time of day. 😊 His service truly felt like a 5-star hotel experience. The accommodation is very close to the train station and a grocery store, and it’s well-equipped for longer stays too. We especially enjoyed the cute balcony, where we sat every evening with a glass of good wine, chatting about the day’s adventures. Thank you once again for hosting us. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Rome!

Perfect stay in the heart of Terni! The apartment is complete with everything you need, with a well-equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable rooms, and air conditioning that made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is really ideal: in the center, perfect for getting around comfortably on foot and discovering the city. Thanks to the host, always available and super kind! He welcomed us with great attention and gave us lots of useful tips on restaurants, bars and places not to miss. Great experience, absolutely satisfied!

Easy location close to a bus stop, pharmacy, hardware store, laundry, grocery store, pet store, two restaurant and a great coffee shop. Less than 3 minutes to the sea. Nice walk on Lungomare Marconi along the shore surrounded by beautiful villas.

Amazing! Massimo and Dominica were such amazing hosts. Such a beautiful quiet area, friendly neighbours and close to Lake Bolsena. The apartment was so clean and fresh and stocked with so many goodies and we were regularly brought fresh eggs! Such a lovely little community. I loved that the apartment had fly screens on the windows so you can leave the windows open for the fresh breeze, not a common feature in Italy 😊
