Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Viterbo

We spent three very pleasant days in Felicita's accommodation, and we appreciated her friendliness, cordiality and kindness, she made us find everything we needed for breakfast coffee, milk, jam, rusks etc. The right apartment for two people, it was clean and tidy and is in a great location. I recommend to those who want to visit Spoleto and its surroundings to stay at Felicita's, we had a very positive experience.

Valentina and her husband are hosts who care about their guests. The apartment is very large and has all the comforts, parking is easy to find and the center of Terni can also be reached on foot. We were happy with our choice and want to thank you for how we were treated, thank you for the breakfast you offered us. We hope to be back soon, a hug and happy new year again.

Accommodation in a superb location, overlooking the most beautiful square in Spoleto. Marta welcomed us in person, showed us her beautiful apartment and was available for all our requests. We highly recommend it.

Very comfortable and accessible apartment. Everything was clean. Claudio is nice and very willing to help. We stayed one night to wait for our cruise. Claudio offered us recommendations for places and helped us find the shuttle for the cruise.

Super good communication, perfect location for visiting Orvieto by train, leaving the train station towards the city, left and then left through pedestrian underpass, then you are almost in front of it. Very clean, great amenities

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

The house is as beautiful as in the pictures. It is also very pleasant to live in. The large pool is a delight for young and old. The fully fenced grounds are a real plus, our dog was able to explore the premises independently. Everything is done to ensure that visitors have a wonderful vacation. We also took advantage of the olive oil and fresh vegetables brought by the next market gardener. Catharine is a lovely host and very available. We'll be back!

WOW! seriously am incredible stay. It was nice to have a quiet and private place to stay just outside of Rome. Tip to future visitors: it’s RIGHT off of the Sacrafano train station that trains into Rome. Stay at this Airbnb and then train into the city.

The apartment was roomy and well appointed with everything we needed during our stay. The view off the balcony was spectacular — a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee. Pietro was a great host, helping us find a parking place when we arrived, advising us on local restaurants, and immediately responsive when needed. Highly recommended for a stay in this region.

What a charming home and town! We immediately felt right at home. Vittorio is such the perfect host. He brought us to the home, showed us where to park, recommended places in the town and nearby. Even shared sweets that his grandmother used to give him when he was a child. Honestly, it was just perfect. Cannot wait to visit that town again and stay in his home again. Just be aware as it is in the medieval quarters, you do have to walk a bit to get to the front door. But do book this place.

It was wonderful staying in Ignazio's apartment in the beautiful Spoleto. He was such an accommodating host: meeting us, taking us to his great place, and telling us all about the area. Spoleto is a fascinating city, and we would love to return. The flat is extremely comfortable, and lovely, right in the centre of the city, walking distance to gorgeous restaurants and sites. The apartment is just 5 minutes from the Vallelunga Motodrome. The apartment is modern and very newly equipped. You have everything you need - great kitchen, air conditioning and much more - free parking on site. Alessandra is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out are super easy. We have already been to their apartment for the 2nd time and highly recommend it to anyone who has an event at the racetrack in Vallelunga. Happily again!

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It’s very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is totally set up if you wished to cook.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina's in Spoleto (two weeks in Dec/Jan). The appartment is the ideal mix of a traditional, rustic atmosphere and a modern, convenient functioning Italian appartment. It was one of the best places we ever stayed in Italy. Valentina was a very welcoming host, very communicative and always responding. Spoleto and its surroundings is amazing, lots to do both culturally and with regards to nature. Apart from that there are more than enough places to have aperitivo's, cafe and great pranzo's or dinners. Also other beautiful places are just around the corner if you have car (even if not, there is train station from where you can visit many other towns - just take your time and check the train schedule). Spoleto as well as the appartment and its host are highly recommended. Umbria is truely in the heart of Italy: organisation and infrastructure of the north and warmth and charm of the south! Go and see for yourself ;-)

Excellent, newly renovated clean apartment, modern and minimalistic style, we love it, and will definitely come again. Its at the very centre and we arrived late on Busy Friday night, we struggled to get 1 parking but the next day we are lucky to find 1 parking just down the house. And the cats Xxxxx

Filippo helped us out in an emergency and allowed us to book his place very spontaneously. Contact with him was always very quick and friendly! The apartment is very clean and easy to find. It is in a quiet area. The apartment is as described! Thank you Filippo! We recommend this place!
