Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

An atypical, artistic and unique apartment, a beautiful place in an exceptional village. You can park a few hundred yards away and it's better not to be too busy or a little sporty. Maybe we would have enjoyed it even more on sunny days but Caleb really did everything to make sure everything went smoothly. He is a really thoughtful and very responsive host who will do everything to make your stay perfect. He alone deserves the best recommendations. The village cats are really adorable!

Everything was just perfect… The apartment offered such varieties. One day we played outside in the beautiful square… While the next we went and saw all of the amazing towns throughout the area. Rina and her family were so kind and accommodating. We would have stayed for many more weeks if possible. Couldn’t recommend more!

Donkeys & Roses is a haven of peace, a place that exceeds all expectations. Whether it's for a couples getaway or a family vacation, the atmosphere is both magical and relaxing. Enrico's warm and caring welcome, always available to make our stay perfect, really marked our experience. This exceptional place is a real gem, and we'll be happy to go back. Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Very nice and well-kept place, the house is in great condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

Filippo's place was good for us to take a rest after a long journey and just before leaving this country. It was convenient to take a train to the center of Rome. Parking a car at the train station of Olgiata was free and tain to Rome cost 1 euro for one way.

We enjoyed staying in this luxurious apartment. Even though we stayed only one night it was spoiling and we had a beautiful views!

Sometimes it happens, that you read a book and you get the feeling, that the author knows you very well. You sense a relation to somebody you never have seen, maybe even lived centuries before you. A human connection to a friend. We had exactly tgis feeling during our stay in the appartment. Everything was of fine quality. Everything where you supposed it to be. And some things that were a pleasant surprise. An appartment, that maybe you would have bought the same things and put it in the same spots if it were yours. So thank you. We appreciated the stay so much.

It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog who loved the large garden and the company of the very sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and caring and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and practicality in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.

We stayed for a couple of nights and everything was great. We were given clear instructions so it was very easy to get into the accommodation. There is a separate parking space next to the house. The apartment is clean and cozy. It is very quiet around. We definitely recommend it!

Friendly and welcoming host, the house is very clean and with all the comforts you want, equipped with a terrace on the second floor even with a barbecue. The house is less than 50m from the sea and of course the beach can be reached in an instant on foot, highly recommended. I felt very good

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Small kitchen with living room and large bedroom with comfortable bed. Ideal location for exploring Umbria by car. 30-60 minutes to all main attractions. Large supermarket nearby. Nicoletta is a very nice hostess, immediate response to all questions and requests!
