Casa Olmino is an Italian apartment gem, with a private rooftop terrace with a rare combination of spectacular views and privacy. The apartment is in a 17th century building at the very centre of this charming medieval village. Grocery shops, bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep. Magnificent volcanic lakes, hot springs and the lush nature of the Cimini mountains are all within 15-30 minutes reach by car, while the bustle of Rome and the beaches of Tuscany are only an hour away.

Centrally located in Giove, a stone's throw from all services, the majestic castle and the ancient village, with free parking in the immediate vicinity, a mini-apartment of about 32 square meters on the first floor with an entrance from an external staircase and an external living room, consisting of: a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed, a double bedroom with a French window and a balcony overlooking the main street, a bathroom with a bidet built into the toilet, and heat pumps.

Casa Isla, near Orvieto, amazing views + pool

Located between the villages Viceno and Benano with incredible views of Orvieto and surrounded by olive trees. Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.

Casina Tuscia is a completely renovated and efficient villa where you can relax. Immersed in nature and surrounded by a beautiful native olive grove. We want to suggest to our guests that in September it will be possible to taste the grapes harvested directly from our rows. Also in November, you can taste the new oil from our plants. In the immediate vicinity is the beautiful Tuscia Terme Thermal Park. For stays of at least 3 nights, we will give you one free entrance.
