Agnel was a great host and we absolutely loved the villa and its beautiful location. we would highly recommend at would definitely stay here again.

What a find this beautiful house! The house has been done, furnished and decorated with extreme eye for detail and to high standards. Very well thought out. The garden, pool and bar/bbq area is lovely, you really never have to go out, the place in itself is a retreat. I highly recommend the house for a holiday or romantic getaway. 7 stars!

the house is very nice and very spacious. the rooms are very cool and at night you slept in glory. The two rooms give a terrace. Also the rooftop gives the view to the wonderful sea. Everything very well the location of the house is great 5 minutes from the beach and the urban center 10 minutes also. It has the health center 5 minutes away. Excellent treatment from Julia was very attentive to everything. I encourage you to come this luxury one.

What could be more beautiful than silence and sunshine? My daughter replied the moon and the stars... That's it, a return to the source, to simplicity, to the earth, its fruits, its flowers. The house is decorated keeping the soul of the house, nothing is missing, all the little touches are there. This house is a haven of peace. Thanks Karin, we'll be back!

We had a great weekend. Communication with Arantza easy and with clear instructions (even with videos) The cleanliness was great, everything was perfect. The apartment is quite comfortable and has everything you need to spend a few days. The rooftop, although unfurnished is ideal to see the stars on a clear night, in fact we were until midnight enjoying them in the silence of the night, a wonder. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the beach and the town square with variety for lunch and breakfast. Despite being downtown, there is a free public parking just a few meters from the apartment in which we have always found space

Amazing place. The garden is very nice for doing a workout or chilling in the sun. The house is very light and spacious The host's father is the neighbor and very friendly, attentive and welcoming. The sea and beach is on a 2 minute walk, groceries a few minutes by car. So it's a perfect place to work from while getting non-work done quick.

We spent a month at Bernard’s and Corinna’s place with my wife and our tabby cat. It was just the best! They were perfect hosts, very-very friendly and helpful! The house is walking distance to the beach, super cozy and quiet. Highly recommended!

My husband and myself stayed at Ramon's villa for 4 weeks and we were very happy. The villa has everything we needed for an extended stay and it was very comfy in every way. A big fridge freezer was very useful, as I batch cooked some meals. Great to watch a film at night on Netflix on their smart TV, after we were exhausted from a long bicycle ride. Fab countryside for cycling and walking. We had such a good time and Carmen looked after us so well and very promptly helped us if we needed it. Carmen is a lovely friendly and polite lady and we saw her every weekend when she accompanied the pool boy, for cleaning the pool. We would recommend this villa for a holiday and we would love to return in the future.

The apartment is nice and has spectacular light and views. It is also perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. A 10 for cleanliness. Luis and Antonio were attentive at all times. They answered our questions and offered us all kinds of suggestions. They were really helpful. We fell in love with the area and the house. We'll be back!

I really cannot fault Andres as a host. His home was perfect and contained every possible amenity needed for a great holiday. I would thoroughly recommend Andre’s as a host to anyone seeking accommodation in this beautiful area of Spain.

Magnificent apartment in Carboneras. Very spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need. The terrace is wonderful, with good views of Carboneras and the sea. It's in a quiet area, but at the same time, close to downtown Carboneras, and just a three-minute walk from a Mercadona. Finally, it has a very good parking space in the same building. In short, 100% recommended.

Very good stay, accommodation matches the photos and very clean. Private parking is a plus and the pool at the foot of the apartment is great for both children and adults. Very pleasant stay. Host is great with smooth communication and willing to help. Location is very quiet but with plenty of restaurants (even within walking distance) and small cozy village centers nearby. The sea is also easily accessible with Mojacar Playa about 30 minutes away. The flat itself is just perfect: nice terrace to enjoy the sun, spacious living room and kitchen with all amenities and 2 spacious rooms. Recommended!

The apartment is nice, with a large parking space and a nice terrace with a part of grass. It's great located next to all the restaurants and the black sea. We were greeted by Ana who is very attentive to friendly and made us many recommendations. She was also flexible on the checkout day. They accepted my two dogs without problems. The place is magical! From the first moment you can feel at home, it's very cozy, clean, bright. The apartment is very well equipped, you can find everything you need for both a short and very long stay. The location is perfect, close to the sports resort, up to 2 minutes to the beach. The neighborhood is also quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants (both on foot and by car).

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

I booked the apartment for my parents that was a few days. Elena was very kind and contacted them and was very vigilant that they will arrive and were well. They were great and confirmed that the apartment is great :)

Beautiful place with a lovely view. It was quite windy when we were there in march so we needed to fetch the pillows for the terrace all over the place. I recommend this place! /Anna

Agustin place is comfortable and a great location, right next to the beach, large garden and outdoor area,plenty of bars restaurants and shops all within a 2 minute walk. Close to everything you would need and great for dogs plenty of areas to walk,vets and dog groomer near by, local supermarket Consume, bakers, 2 minutes away, we would be happy to stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
