Stayed 4 nights. Very friendly and helpful host. Nice clean pool to cool off in. Easy access to amenities. Very safe in a walled/gated area. Beautiful spot.

Theres really not much communication needed with Grace as the place looked just as advertised… and more! She gave clear instructions from getting there to check in, assistance and check out. The place was perfect. It was simple yet it provided all the basic necessities you would need to feel comfortable be it short or long stay. It is the perfect getaway place for someone looking for peace and privacy. I would definitely use this Airbnb again when in the area, it has the privacy of a home with convenience of service from the resort next door.

The place was as described. Peaceful location, very private. Had everything we need. Mimi was very helpful. She even gave me herbal meds when I had a bad stomach.

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb and had an amazing experience. It is few minutes away from the Ilo-ilo international airport in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is incredibly homey, with all the amenities and appliances you could need. The owner and staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their thoughtfulness and generosity truly stood out, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming stay. 🌟

Spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Check-in was easy and smooth, with clear instructions that made the process hassle-free. The best place to stay in Liloan. Spacious and clean apartment with separate bedroom, wide balcony where you can drink a cup of coffee, big kitchen with a lot of appliances for self-catering. The nearest supermarket is 7 minutes away by moto taxi for 28 pesos. You can also buy food and everything you need within walking distance. The owner quickly answers all questions. I think this is the best place you can find in Liloan for a long stay. I recommend it.

If you're staying in Cebu for few days or even just for a night or a layover, this one is a good deal, especially that it has everything that you need, from kitchen equipment, TV with Netflix, hot and cold shower, pool, and good location (which is near IT park). Also, the condo is also neighbouring to restaurants and mall, special mention is the Pungko2 sa Fuente, which is walkable. Lastly, the hosts are very communicative and very generous to allow me to check out late.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described and definitely worth the price. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. During our stay, there was a brownout and a temporary loss of internet connection, but the host was super responsive—kept us updated throughout and even provided some alternatives to help manage the situation. It really showed how much they care about their guests. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great-value stay with a reliable and helpful host.

It’s an amazing experience to stay such a stunning, gorgeous space! I like how the arrangement sets in, with the wide views outside. The place is beautiful and perfect if you travel solo. It’s so nice to have complimentary water in room especially with cebu’s heat. Also the condo building is amazing and perfect location. You won’t go hungry in IT park. Def will stay again when I’m back because room is clean and efficient with space.

While this place was just a resting spot between locations for us, the space was perfect! The view from the massive windows was amazing! We sat and watched a storm roll in and out over Cebu City. The design of the space maximized the studio apartment and made it feel very spacious! Check in was easy, the bed was comfortable and the location was great. It was a short walk to the IT Park which had a lot of food options and shopping, as well as a market. I would recommend this place to others who are looking for a place to stay in Cebu City.

It was my first time using Airbnb in a completely different province. Ms. Marilou was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and complete with all the things I needed during my 4-night stay. 10/10 would definitely book again given the chance!

Amazing place, great location , close to beach and restaurants. There was a lot of building work going on next to the building which made sleeping at night not so good but it could not be helped I suppose, Karl was a lovely host and made us feel very welcomed. Our family enjoyed our stay at this amazing home and will definitely stay there again when we visit again x
