It was away from the more busy streets, making it peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth the solace.

Bohol Island, the Philippines still has less hands of outsiders in the Philippines. So it is suitable as a local destination where you can experience that culture rather than sightseeing. In addition, Yamini's place was great for experiencing coffee farms and coffee harvesting, so it was great for a variety of experiences. It is a perfect place to feel the unique culture of the island of Bohol, who wants to learn coffee, who wants to experience a coffee farm, who wants to experience the coffee farm.

Communication was top notch. The property was in a private place but tips for transport and food came in very handy. Condo is close to nearby beaches

Host and caretaker were amazingly amicable and approachable. The property is more than what you will expect. The solitude of the place is truly worthwhile along with the pristine beach. This is also a perfect place if you are chasing sunset spot.

Kind, knowledgable host. When there was a problem with the air conditioning he had it fixed right away. We were very happy with the place and his responsiveness.

The hosts were amazing, especially with recomendations on what to do and see in the local area. They were always a great help. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bohol and Panglao.

This place feels like home. Definitely my second home here in Cebu.

The place was very big, better than staying in a small hotel room and had a nice large outside balcony. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. We liked that it had all the amenities you need for cooking and reheating and having a fridge freezer to have cold drinks with ice was great. The garden was well kept and the shared pool was very clean and inviting. The host was very responsive to a few queries we had and the spa bath was a nice touch, we only used it once on our last night wish I had tried it earlier. Guard there 24 hours and the maintenance / gardener guy was very friendly. Nice place away from the noise and not too far of a walk to Alona beach area, no real need for a tricycle but they are available just out side the gate most times. Just watch that you don't get over charged like our first trip, we new the going rate from then on. Hired a car for a day/night and was able to park it securely for only 100 peso a day. I think if you rent motor bike Its free.

My wife and I had a great stay at Jerry's place! The flat was super clean, just like the pictures, and the building has 24/7 security. Highly recommend!

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Not to mention the most cute and incredible doggies!! We can highly highly recommend you to stay!!! kind regards Marc and Family

Great place to stay. Close to the main beach and only 3mins walk from a less populated and busy beach with cool beach bar and restaurant. Even the main beach is a beautiful and EASY walk (about 3km but so worth it! All on a beautiful streach of beach with perfect powder-white sand and MANY restaurants to grab a bite or cocktail.) The accommodation was very pleasant and we had a super great host! Anna personally welcomed us; and gave a very informative chat explaining local tips and recommendations. Friendliness and helpfulness is a 10/10 and whenever we required something, it was done straight away - thank you. Attention to finer detail made us feel extra special, and the offer on request - we took the romantic package as an optional extra; was very well done and presented! Definitely recommend this stay. Ps: it is quit normal in Philippines to have more noisy local residential areas - it did not bother us as we know its normal here; but for the sensitive sleeper - keep it in mind.

Be sure to follow the instructions listed on the listing on how to get there, NOT, I repeat, NOT the default google/apple maps/waze as it will take you to a random house somewhere. I found the directions on the listing and followed it and was able to get to the place. This place is just walking distance to the main strip where the restaurants, bars, stores, and parties take place, but surprisingly, it was really, really quiet and peaceful! You couldn’t hear any noise, unless you start screaming. So if you’re a party animal, but also want some “me” time when you’re exhausted from all the parties and stuff, this is the place to be. The place was clean, and private. Meaning I had a fenced small villa/cottage. Toilet & Bath was clean. Has a safe for your passports/docs. If you have a scooter/motorcycle, you can even park it in your yard. If you have a car, they have a designated parking lot on the property too. Overall, the experience was great.

The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

We booked for one night, the host was very responsive and clear instructions on how to get there. guided us from the airport to the location. easy to check in and out/ Self check in-out.

I had an amazing time staying at Tito's place! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. Tito was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always available to help with any questions or recommendations. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the thoughtful touches throughout the space, which made it feel like a true home away from home. Highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future!

Also we could communicate and ask every question we wanted to know, host's responsiveness is par with quality of the accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay. We booked 2 apartments since we're a big group travelling to Boracay with 3 Senior Citizens and kids. Dennis helped me book the 2nd apartment with ease as I had some requests which I am really grateful because he agreed and was easy to talk to. His place is really nice with complete amenities. It is close to all establishments like Dmall, restaurants, etc. From the apartment, it is a 7-minute walk to Station 2 beachfront then 3-minute walk to Bulabog beach. The staff is really nice and friendly too. I was able to meet the wife Chelle and the staff Chello who helped us with our early check-in.

Awesome place to stay, right next to a big food market with tons of food stalls. Very safe and walkable area. Next to a mall as well. Place was also very clean and kept well. Had all essentials we needed. Thanks again.

The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the pool and more local things to do. The condo is very comfortable with air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen. We were looking for a relaxing stay and this property fit the bill. Overall it was a pleasant holiday for us. An absolute gem! We stayed here for the last leg of our Boracay trip and we wish we stayed here for our whole stay instead of a hotel to start up with. From check in to check out Irene and their staff are all so helpful, if we needed anything or have any questions they’re always there to help. It is a bit hilly but it’s not that bad to be honest. The villa is about a 10 minute walked to diniwid beach which is I believe the best beach in Boracay so that’s a massive bonus! All in all we love this accommodation and our daughters loved the pool as well. On our last night Irene gifted us some cakes which is really nice and unexpected. We will definitely come back here in a couple of years when we come back to Boracay for sure!
