This was such a lovely stay for myself, spouse and our friends. We came up for a trip to Sequoia National Park and King's Canyon and this home in Three Rivers was the perfect place to spend our time after hiking and exploring. We especially loved having access to the grill and being able to cook elaborately during our stay- the kitchen was well equipped and clean. The hot tub was also great after a long day of hiking. The home was clean, cozy and comfortable and we felt very at ease here. This neighborhood is quiet and very pretty and we loved waking up to seeing wild turkeys walking through the yard. There's a lot of beautiful nature around but it's also a very short trip to local shops and restaurants. My friend was so happy that this home is dog friendly too. Our host was very responsive and had helpful suggestions for our stay. I would love to stay here again in the future.

My family booked a 3 night stay at the Iris house, we felt right at home and ultimately my wife wished we booked a longer stay. House smelled and looked very clean upon arrival, instantly my 4 year old was excited for the board games, toys & books. My wife loved the house, and said it was cute & cozy. Our family & dog really enjoyed our time out back with plenty to do. Kermit was readily available for any questions or help. The neighborhood is quiet, even being close to a park and school. Nice area for morning and evening walks , and close to the main road for shopping and restaurants. Beds were clean and very comfortable, we will be back next year!

This house really felt like home. Beautifully updated old house. Beds were comfortable, the pillows are very soft. Neighbors were quiet aside from the occasional barking dog, or kids playing. The Shower pressure is to die for! As someone who needs “white noise” to sleep, I appreciated the portable fan! Hosts were responsive and friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at peace. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. Waking up to sweeping views of the foothills and the quiet charm of the countryside was magical. Lily is a great host who cares about her guests. Definitely recommend!

Our family of 3 had a great time here. We stayed 4 nights. Our toddler enjoyed the play area. Everything was as pictured and Monica was extremely fast at responding. We had no issues and would stay here again in warmer months to use the pool.

Absolutely loved this property! It was much bigger than appeared in the photos and very peaceful and private. The shuffleboard game in the basement has become my new favorite game to play with friends. Shannon was very responsive and helpful with her messages, I highly recommend this property if you want to relax!

One of my favorite Airbnb‘s I’ve ever stayed at! So well stocked, so peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our time here and the hosts were fabulous.

We got exactly what we wanted from this place. Peace and tranquility. Place was better than we expected. The entire outdoors was green nature. Lots of birds at the backyard, woodpeckers, doves and even a hawks nest where both parents constantly kept bringing food to the nest. The neighbors horses would come drink water right at the edge of this property. The hot tub was great, it was a more updated one than other airbnbs. The grill worked perfectly. AC worked great. Stove worked good. Showers had hot water. All was great. Will return soon!

Christopher was an incredible host. Quick to answer any questions we had and was extremely accommodating. Stunning views from anywhere on this property. Location is great for those wanting to enjoy Sequoia National Park. Would def return in the future!

Michelle’s place was perfect. We had our family for Thanksgiving, and it totally served the purpose. It was as if we lived there. We had absolutely everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and served as a perfect backdrop for our family photo. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

I booked this house for 3 families consisting of kids, adults and grandparents. We all loved this property and would stay here again. The house and yard are very roomy and comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the gameroom and hot tub. We found this house a perfect base camp for exploring Sequoia. Three Rivers is a cool little town with everything you might need. The hosts, Bobby and Adrienne, are super nice but we didn't need to contact them much.

What a wonderful place to stay! We had a lovely 2 nights here and the private tent was an excellent spot to stay for access to Sequoia National Park. Matt & Zandra provided us with everything we needed and were very responsive to any requests. We were even left with some extra goodies on arrival - very sweet! Would highly recommend! Noel & Genni

In short, the Hobbit house was amazing. I do like to make note that there were various places with spider webs that were visually unpleasant, inbetween the door slider to the balcony, on the way to the little sauna-like room accessible in the bathroom of the main bedroom, or the fireplace that is clearly never used. These are nitpicks that dings a bit but nothing to undermine how great this place is. There are many special places I've stayed and this is one of the few that I would actually mean it when i say I'll be back.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, well decorated home. Everyone was comfortable, we easily cooked meals in the kitchen, and we enjoyed sleeping with the windows open with turkeys calling in the morning. The location was good as it’s tough to get much closer. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed how well stocked the home was. Would return!

The home was spacious, comfortable and clean. The kids loved having the safe backyard to play in. The fireplace was very cozy and we enjoyed having morning coffee outside by the fire as well. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food for 6 of us. We spent 2 days exploring Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park with a couple of days just hanging out in this lovely home.

We had a great stay at this house and would not hesitate to come back. The house is very spacious, clean, and easily accommodated our party of nine guests.

We were two families, 4 adults, 4 kids, two dogs and this place was perfect for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and equal in size, so perfect for sharing. Two kings and two queens. Enough couch space, counter space, and dining room seats to all hang out together. All the amenities you need - stocked kitchen, stocked linens and towels, bathtub, access to laundry and cleaning supplies, fireplace, keurig coffee machine, covered garage, porch chairs, game room with darts and pool table, horse shoe game, board games, books, river access, huge yard for running around. The location was perfect for access to Sequoia and we even did Kings Canyon one day, which was a beautiful 1.5 hour drive. The hosts are responsive and friendly. No water issues. House has tastefully done decor inspired by national parks and fishing. Small details like bath salts make the place feel warm and welcoming. Rented this home for the kids spring break with our little 2 year old pup and was most worried about the cleanliness given that this place allowed pets. Our little one is hypoallergenic and doesn’t shed, but we know that’s not true of other dogs. Was so relieved to find a home without any pet dander and smells. It made the perfect exploration poo t for Sequoia and Kings Canyon for us. The home is very well appointed and Art and Lorene seemed to have thought of everything. We brought our own, but the home even has a bed and feeding bowls for your pets. Thank you for a great stay

Great spot for families ! Lots of seating for everyone. Big Beautiful clean house with plenty of space. Nice huge kitchen for cooking meals. Highly recommended for big families! Spacious clean and comfortable.
