Private 3 bedroom 2 bath (sleeps 6) in the upstairs portion of a new house. 3 rooms upstairs separated from the downstairs by a 2nd entrance, so you have private access. Master bedroom has a seating area, attached bath, walk in closet. The 2 other rooms share a bath. Kitchen newly built upstairs specifically for the 3 upstairs rooms. This is a very safe neighborhood in a newly built community. Close to Sequoia National Park. Everything is as you see in the pics, but it's a must see in person!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. One Bedroom, one bath private suite in quiet, new neighborhood. Suite has private entrance, kitchenette, dining area, living room. It is fresh and new with huge windows and 10 foot ceilings. Bedroom has large walk in closet and queen size bed. The kitchenette includes microwave/convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal; air fryer/toaster oven/instapot meets most cooking needs with a hot plate for boiling or stove top.

Visalia, which makes driving to Sequoia NP easy and also keeps you close to historic downtown, shopping & food. Private parking steps away from your door to a loft that’s clean, recently remodeled and very comfortable for resting and recharging. Fully fenced acre yard is great for dogs, and we are happy to dog sit while you’re gone if you let us know in advance.
