Wonderful place in a cozy location! We really enjoyed our stay at this charming place. From the personal welcome by the hostess, we immediately felt welcome. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail, warm and inviting – we didn't miss anything. The location was particularly practical: A bakery / small village shop, which is just around the corner, offers everything you need for your daily needs. A parking space is right by the property. The hosts are available at any time, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We will be happy to come back! We would love to come back and highly recommend your place.

The place is same as what is visible in the picture. The location and neighbourhood was very good with walkablle paths, shops. We 3 families stayed with 7 kids and it was big house nicely organised with all basic amenities present. Elisa was very responsive and quick and we would love to comeback to stay longer here.

With a group of friends we spent three days in the house, which is perfect base for skiing in Tre Cime , Kronparz and Cortina. Annemarie is very friendly host, we felt like home. The house is fully equipped, like in description. I think we will come back again.

Very nice and functional house, not in the town center but in a strategic location to visit, in more or less an hour, different places. impeccable cleanliness and very nice host. Recommended solution!

Katharina is a very nice and helpful host and I felt very welcome. The apartment is beautiful, very stylish and lovingly decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is centrally located and yet quietly located in a dreamy little villa with an equally beautiful cafe. For me it was the perfect stay!

Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

Sigrid gave us an extremely warm welcome. She was always available to us and the cottage is really impeccable, very well equipped and very attractively designed. We felt right at home and enjoyed the stay very much. Next time we'd like to stay a little longer. The bathroom, the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with the Bluetooth system and the fireplace, the games cellar and the beautiful terrace with grill and existing charcoal, were all highlights for us. Likewise, the delicious cake that was ready for us on the table upon our arrival :) All in all, we would say eleven out of ten stars, we will be happy to come back and would recommend this place to everyone! This was such a great place for respite and slowing down. Felt very comfortable and at home. Beautiful location on top of a hill with great views and amenities. Loved the routine of going to the sauna and whirlpool after a day of hiking. Would definitely come back again!

We felt very comfortable from one second. Everything was explained to us directly at check-in and we were given tips for activities. The apartment was perfect, the location was very good and the amenities were more than adequate. The outdoor white pool and sauna were also very soothing and the view of the mountains from the pool was stunning. Communication also went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

Everything ok, well located, clean and comfortable accommodation! Also recommended for those who want to ski in Alta Badia given the proximity.

The place is just great. It is exactly as described. We immediately felt comfortable. For my little son, everything that was needed was there. The covered living room is an absolute dream. Restaurant and shopping are a few minutes by car. The stream right next door is just relaxing. We highly recommend the apartment.

What a beautiful place to stay! It’s slightly out of town but a beautiful walk down to Innsbruck. There’s also a very easy bus down to town that runs regularly.

Alberto's home was lovely! I absolutely loved waking up with the view of the lake and mountains. Even on a rainy day this place creates a feeling of serenity. I celebrated my birthday here and reached out for possibly suggestions for the area prior to booking. He responded with so many options and it made me more confident with booking. What I wasn't expecting was a little treat on the door on my birthday and let me tell you that made my day! This was my 3rd place during my trip and what stood out was his father, Vanni, greeting us at check-in which gave that personal touch. I stayed in March and there was a lot of rain forecasted so many of the nearby places were closed but Alberto's home had everything you would need to enjoy your time. The lake you see on the patio is in walking distance so if it's not raining or snowing it made for a nice walk to start or end your day. If you are looking for a cozy place to relax and take in some beautiful views this is the place for you!

Davide was a perfect host, had lots of ideas for us, knowledge of every aspect of the area, treats in the lobby, free bus passes for the week, homemade streusel! A very nice size space with everything we needed as we mostly dined at home.

Everything was really perfect: the apartment was sparkling clean and decorated with a lot of love for detail – you immediately notice that someone was concerned here to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen is super equipped – ideal if you like to cook yourself. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept great there! There is also a lot of space and storage, which is very pleasant, especially for a longer stay. The value is simply fantastic . I'll be more than happy to come back!

It was amazing aparment and actually communication with Danielle also. Everything he shared in advance, he was fast responsive and helped when we needed. The apartment is on nice location, and I would say that is much bigger than it looks on photos. Everything was prepared for our arrival and it was super clean. This was the most beautiful, perfect apartment for the 6 of us, including 2 children. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the apartment was stocked with everything we could have needed during our stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The apartment was nearby a walking path that went straight into town, which made shops and restaurants very accessible. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!
