Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The large garden is partially shared with the guests of Casa dei Moch (the adjacent red house), but without preventing both from enjoying a private space. The heated hot tub (usable all year round) and barbecue area are shared amenities with guests of Casa dei Moch.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

In the mill

Our small romantic mill room is set amid gardens, apple orchards and vineyards. The mill is located in our yard, right next to a small creek - relaxation in the middle of the countryside. If the nights become cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse parlor by the tile stove before crawling up in the mill under the cuddly ceiling.
