We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. I briefly met Fanny who was also lovely! Really nice place to stay, peaceful. Some good restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed. Had a great stay.

We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Our stay was lovely from beginning to end. The studio had everything you might need, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean, bright and kept extremely nice. There is a tiny, well kept garden outside the bedroom window and a table with chairs to sit in front of the studio. Stephane could not have been more friendly or helpful and even offered the use of his own kitchen when there was a slight hiccup with the hob. The area is a lot nicer than it seems on google street view, very sweet and private, and extremely quiet and safe. The area around the Croix de Chaveaux, the nearest metro station, is slightly rough, but it did not feel dangerous, and we used the M1 and got out at Chateau de Vincennes, which also offered a beautiful walk back to the studio. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitly book again!

We had some lovely days at his flat and Paris. Matthieu is really nice and responds fast.

Cannot fault the place. Was an amazing place to call home whilst away from home. Bedrooms were clean. Pictures were very accurate. Had load of questions as I was getting closer to my trip and the host always responded within couple of hours/ 1 day. Was very helpful. Gave clear instructions on how to find the place. Would highly recommend this home as the metro is a 4 minute walk away and the location was great as everything is within good distance from this home. Thanks again for everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

This place is really lovely and I hope to stay there again. I lived in Paris for several years and already knew that Vincennes is an especially attractive town and that it's quick and easy to get to central Paris from there (metro is a 10-15 minute pleasant walk from the apartment.) I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the apartment itself was. It's bigger than it looks in the photos. The water pressure in the shower is not great- that is the only drawback I can report. I've stayed in at least 15 over the years and this is so far my favorite.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. Liza was incredibly friendly and greeted us warmly when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the train station, which made getting around super easy. Highly recommend this place for a convenient and pleasant stay!

Great location with easy access to the metro and train stations to get to Paris and Disneyland. Near to supermarkets and other amenities. Julien was easy to deal with and responsive, with one minor issue being dealt with very quickly and efficiently. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment is quiet, good mattress, everything works. We did not have any problems during our stay. Very convenient location of the apartment, close to public transport. Easy to get to both the center of Paris and Disneyland

Great place for a small family. You can easily get grocery operate the location and cook your own delicacies. The Franprix opposite the location closes at 9pm. Great experience. Transportation: Walkable train station, easy access to Notre Dame and the Eiffel

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

We stayed at this place for an extended weekend. Everything was great. You can plan about 40 minutes to downtown. We had a very nice time.
