We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

One of our best Airbnb experiences! The house is tastefully decorated, very functional and the environment is very quiet. Ideal with our two young children. We were worried that the crib might fit into one of the bedrooms and Frédéric took the time to measure the available space and push the bed before we arrived. Besides, Frédéric is a really great host: responsive, interesting and generous. We'll be happy to go back! From now on, this will be our base during our next visits to Paris!

Stephs place is a lovely house on a quiet street. The town is lovely, with lots of amenities close by. Very easy access into the center of Paris and to Disney. We were 5 people and did two days in Paris and the house was perfect. Steph was very kind and friendly. They let us check in early and leave our bags before the house was ready. Great hospitality would book again

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

A simply magical weekend! The kids were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for all ages! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

A real gem! Everything is absolutely perfect: the location, the service, the layout, the cleanliness… As soon as you arrive at Bianca, you feel like you're stepping out of time. It's a magical break. Cécile is exceptional: even without being on site, she remains incredibly attentive, available and of rare kindness. I had read the reviews, but honestly, it's hard to describe as the experience is so unique. It's a really special place, and it's just amazing.

We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

I stayed one night at this listing. To begin with, it is very functional, very well arranged and very clean. In addition, I was able to leave my car in the parking lot for the duration of my trip. In the morning Carmelo took me to the airport and even offered to pick me up for a more than reasonable price. It was superb and the host is very kind and helpful

We had a wonderful family gathering enjoying the great facilities and beautiful location with straightforward access into central Paris when required.

Our whole stay at Madeleine's apartment was exceptional from the very beginning. Our host prepared everything to make our stay easier - first of all, the flexible check-in was a huge help and huge convenience with luggage when traveling with children, all kinds of children's accessories were waiting for us from a baby cot, highchair, bathtub to toys, but… the birthday banner for my daughter melted my motherly heart🫶🏻 The apartment itself is very spacious and atmospheric, it's wonderful that you can feel there as if you really lived in Paris. I regret that we spent so little time there, and most of the time we visited the city. The balcony is lovely! We also used the park right next door - again very great location! As soon as I come to Paris again, I will write to Madeleine immediately!

Exactly what we wanted

Lovely place and a fantastic location. It didn’t feel like we were tourists here and the neighbourhood is calm (but somehow lively). Contact with Virginie was easy and pleasant. Big plus for a coffee machine. :) Overall, highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place. It’s in a great neighbourhood, surrounded by some of the best restaurants and pubs. Also many parking places near by if you don’t want to park your car on the streets .

The place is great for a family wishing to visit Paris. A few steps from the metro and Gare de Lyon, it's very convenient! The neighborhood is very lively, but remains quiet in the evening for sleeping. This is the ideal location! Thanks

Thanks to Como and Juliette for the great family stay at their pretty house in Vincennes. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the house, its equipment, including a parking space in a garage, the proximity to many shops and restaurants as well as public transport. Everything was impeccable and as described. A special mention for Como's excellent responsiveness to our requests and for the delicate attention. Thank you again. I mentioned a good value for money and not a very good one but you have to take into account the size of the house (4 bedrooms), the period (JO Paris 2024) and especially the (exorbitant) commission of Air BnB. Maybe that's the only problem.

We had a wonderful stay at Em'Barka. Check-in was super easy and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, the described amenities were available and the communication was very good. For us, the location was also optimal, as it is only a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station and you can get to the center of Paris super fast by train. All in all, a nice and cozy accommodation, where you could relax in the evening after a long day in the city! :)
