Place is close to public transit, (bus and RER). The place is outside city center, but it being accessible, not bad at all. The place is perfect for our group of 12, and enough washroom for everybody. Would difinitely book again if we are coming bavk to explore more of Paris.

Clean and functional accommodation, simple and efficient. Elisabeth is very responsive and allowed me to have a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable and smells like laundry. A night like at the hotel! Nothing to say Perfect Thanks again

The house was perfect for us and very close to our friends house. Very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Hopefully when the bathroom gets remodeled it will have a bigger shower! The current one is tiny! Betty was very communicative and very helpful. We will be back!

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable for our family of five — spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented, which was perfect for us. We especially appreciated being so close to the M7 metro line, making it easy to explore the city. There’s also a great bakery and supermarket just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. Our host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

everything went very well, Cyril was very kind and attentive. the exteriors are beautiful and it made it possible to make a nice surprise and a family gathering that was better than we had imagined thanks to the space available. We'll definitely be back next year hoping to have good weather Beautiful discovery of a peaceful corner in Île de France again thank you for everything, my sister was delighted and so were we 😊

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Loved staying here, the place is so nice and the pool makes you wanna stay home all day 😆 over all great place!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We enjoyed staying at the location. Very close to public transportation. We greatly enjoyed small neighborhood feel and absolutely loved restaurants in the neighborhood.

The apartment was perfect for our trip to Paris, ideally located for the train station and lots of nice cafés and restaurants around the area. The apartment is right beside the train station so the noise might be an issue for some visitors but we didn't mind that. Also, the weather was very warm during our stay and the apartment was a little uncomfortable in the heat, but we can't blame our host for the weather!! :-) Other than that we loved our stay and would highly recommend Abdel's place to anyone travelling to Paris

Amazing place to stay! The apartment is beautiful with incredible views of the city. The steam shower was used every day by our family - as was the balcony patio. Benoit was an awesome host and even helped us figure out how to stream the PSG soccer game on the projector system while the game was happening. He went above and beyond to make sure we got to watch it! We loved the location. it was so close to the Metro C line which went to most of the places we wanted to see (including Versailles). we were at Notre Dame metro stop within 15 minutes. The neighborhood is great and very walkable and felt safe at night. We hope to come back!

Great location for the price. Close to the main public transportation. The house has everything that you need for a confortable staying.

We are happy staying at Kevin’s place. The area is peaceful with some nice restaurants and a very nice pastry store. Kevin is very helpful, responsive and the check in instructions was clear. We will stay here again if we come back to Paris.

Had a pleasant stay at Bernard's place - the studio is very well equipped with everything we needed. The area is safe and accessible by metro to the main attractions in Paris. Bernard has been very responsive and kind to our requests and we will back anytime we are in Paris. Thank you !

The accommodation captivated us live, it is beautiful in the photos, even more beautiful in reality. What surprised us was the terrace, which we did not expect at all according to the photos, and it was🤩. A small disadvantage is the creaking front door, when you hear the arrival of each tenant, but nothing that could not be solved and would significantly spoil our stay. The apartment is located on the main street, where you can hear the outside noise, but the shutters perfectly dampen the outside noise. There are several stops around the apartment, so transportation is not a problem :). In short, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, thank you :).

Host was very responsive she even recommended and sent me restaurants and things to do in the area. And the location is surrounded with places to eat which was walking distance. Other places like the Eiffel Tower were only about 30 minutes away.
