Family-friendly vacation rentals in Val-de-Marne

We had a lovely time in the apartment and really felt at home. It was exactly what we were looking for!

I had an amazing week at Yama's place! The apartment is cozy and comfortable and you literally have everything you need at disposal. The space is very well optimised and, as a solo traveller, I felt home in my own private little flat. Yama has been a great host and welcomed me with clear and useful information. Everything worked so well that i didn't feel the urge to contact him during my whole stay. The position is indeed great: Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou, Forum Les Halles and Louvre Museum are just 10 (or even less) minutes-walking away. Also you have the Metro just in front of the apartment. Plus, the building is very quiet and you can relax without being bothered by urban noises. In conclusion, Yama's apartment will be definitely my first choice when I'll be back - hopefully soon - in Paris! Very recommended!

This was my 2nd time staying here and could not have asked for anything more perfect!!! Yama made the whole process very easy and very accomodating. If you are one or two travelers this is the perfect place to be. I travel a lot in Europe and stay in many Airbnb's, this one is my favorite for so many reasons -- Yama is a perfect host, the location cannot be beat, love that it is on the ground floor, has everything you need for your stay, safe, clean and very updated. What more can you ask for. It Is The BEST.

Stay was fantastic and Martin was very responsive and sent clear and detailed step by step instructions that made check in and out super easy. The location was phenomenal and an easy walk to many popular sites like Notre Dame, the Louvre, tons of shopping…etc. The only thing we wished we would’ve understood prior to booking was there was no laundry inside the unit-it’s a community laundry that is accessible but we weren’t able to use it because someone else was always using it.

This Airbnb was in a great location. Incredibly well-located to a variety of cafes and retail locations, but it doesn’t feel incredibly touristy. The flat was quiet and private. Hosts were excellent. Our only issue was the bedroom with two beds was also the hallway to get to the bathroom, and only a glass wall separated it from the lounge, so only two bedrooms have privacy. Overall, a great Airbnb, but better for a family than a group of traveling adults.

We had a lovely long Easter weekend at Françoise's. This house was clean and perfect for a big group. The location was excellent

This was a wonderful apartment for our family of five. It is such a convenient location, with a metro stop steps away and many of the things we wanted to see within walking distance. We walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre, dinner in the Marais, dinner in Latin Quarter, etc. There is a small market just steps away that was great for picking up a baguette, cheese and fruit for breakfast, plus there are many great restaurants in the area. The bedrooms are lovely and comfortable, and it was so nice to feel like we were staying with a friend. The hosts were very welcoming and communicative throughout our stay.

Karim and Sonia's place in Charonne was absolutely divine. We felt right at home, and the kids and us absolutely loved the quirky 70s decor, Star Wars and pop culture icon themes, so many books and art, it was right up our alley. Not to mention that the beautiful alleyway (passage) was so inspiring and the area gave us a real true taste of hipster vs. classic Paris. Lots to see, very central, great cafes and places to eat, and stores galore. Absolutely loved it. Karim is an incredible host, so friendly and helpful, and Sonia and her family are truly beautiful and inspiring. It really was a home away from home and we will definitely return!

Loved our stay here, great location in a quiet neighbourhood. While Jerome wasn’t there during our stay he checked in on how we were going and responded to any messages proactively.

Everything was as described & our stay went smoothly. Julie was very generous when it came to refunding an extra night i had accidentally booked.

Maxime's place is genius. Ample, by Paris standards, clean, quiet, airy and well equipped. The location is great with subway and RER 5min walk away. Perfect for moving to sights or even going to Disney without balcony. Supermarkets and restaurants on the same street. Maxime was detailed in the instructions sent and everything worked perfectly well.

Sebastian’s place was perfect. It had lots of space and met all our needs and then some. Would easily stay there. We highly recommend it if you want a quiet place in an area that has plenty to do. An added plus, it is close to a metro and the elevator worked great.

We had a great stay and Nathalie sent me great instructions to get to and from disney which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was spacious and clean and we enjoyed a go in the hot tub when we had chance. Very friendly hosts and always responded with any questions we had thank you for having us.

The three of us had a very nice time, at Frederique's place in Chaville. Very fast train connection to Paris, nicely decorated house and close to nature. Definitely recommended

Elodie's home is super comfortable. For those who want to be in a house, with leisure and only 30 min drive from Paris or 50 min with train/meter it is a great option. Also advised for those traveling with children in the summer.

The apartment is really nice, furnished and equipped in a personal way. It just takes a little courage to climb the six floors, but for two people, a couple or a person with a child… it's ideal.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

This is a very charming apartment which was very spacious and gave room for us to work, with an adequate kitchen that had everything we needed. The house has a rustic feel to it, which is natural given its age, and very nice character. The stay was very comfortable and we would return and stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect accommodation, perfect host, perfect location. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (4 +2) we found the accommodation to be the perfect size, the pool and garden were beautiful and perfect for us. Francois is a lovely host, so welcoming and friendly, helped give advise when we needed. And we were just a 10 minute drive to disney which was amazing as we had a 2 day pass. Will definitely visit again!
