This is a beautiful house. You feel like a guest in their family home. The garden is a lovely bonus when staying in Paris. Cool and restful. There was loads of room for our family of 5 and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The RER is just a few minutes walk away. Great place to stay.

Nicolas’ place is spacious, in an ideal location and is complete with al amenities you would need for a stay! I stayed here with my family during the summer and the living space was a nice area to relax and enjoy the weather on the terrace. You are a short walk from the metro station which gets to into the centre within 30 mins which is ideal. The neighbourhood is nice and complete with bakeries, restaurants and shops - everything you would need!

Wahiba’s place is excellent, from the croissants, eggs, jam, butter, tea selection provided to the homely and welcoming decor. Wahiba was very helpful and proactive in communicating and we felt very at home and very supported if we had any questions. Thanks Wahiba!

This place is all about location. To be next door to the Louvre and right across the Seine, you don't need a car to get anywhere. The apartment is very much in the traditional style of Airbnb where you're staying in someone's primary home, so space is a bit limited but it does not feel cramped. Would absolutely love to return here another time.

After a day of cycling through Paris, the house of Victoria is perfect to relax. A cosy and peaceful house, though near the Périphérique. The subway around the corner, and for cycling is Paris ideal from the center to her place. And not to forget the beautiful garden aside the house. Victoria is a very nice and communicative host.....we will come back again and I truly recommend Victoria's place!

Nathalie’s place was perfectly located, in the 5th Arr., for exploring Paris. Her decor was eclectic and tasteful. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and just as described. Wi-Fi is lightening fast. Above all, Nathalie is a delightful, responsive, and an empathic hostess. We loved her and her place. We would for sure stay there another time.

Staying at Vincent's has been great. So great that I am a bit hesitant to write a review, would rather keep it to myself. This apartment is smack near the action, yet just enough removed so it's quiet. One can see the Marche St Germain from one of the windows. So one can walk everywhere in Central Paris from this place, and if not, the Odeon (4) and Mabillon (4 and 10) are like 3 min away. 5 min away there is the RER B which comes straight from the airport (CDG) at the Luxembourg stop. Of course, entering the apartment requires going upstairs for 4-5 floors worth of climbing, but the climb is worth it. This must be one of the best-organized apartments I've ever stayed in (more than 15 years on Airbnb) and also one of the cleanest. It's also a little gallery in its own right as it's been really tastefully decorated, and you can sit in a Starck chair if you like or a Bauhaus chair. The wifi works very well indeed, and the bed is comfortable (on the upper floor). Will love to stay again.

The stay went very well. Accommodation very well located and functional. The price was very high (€150 per night) and I find it unfortunate that today it is offered at €82/night. The accommodation is located on the 5th floor, when the elevator is broken, it loses value. (Which was the case during my stay). Another downside is the heavily worn plates which give them a dirty appearance. One last downside was the absence of a shower (but there was a bathtub), not clearly indicated in the listing. (It didn't bother me too much but for a person with some issues it could be a problem) Excellent communication. Very clean apartment. I recommend it but not at the price charged.

Thank you to Pat and Thomas for hosting us. We love Marais and this flat was in the middle of everything. The flat is extremely quite and private. While the neighbor is very loud the lively the flat is perfectly quite.

Sylvie and Maxime were absolutely fantastic hosts. My girlfriend and I stayed at the apartment for 6 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is perfect with great views of the hotel de ville, notre dame and the eiffel tower. Sylvie met us at the property and was so friendly and welcoming. We stayed a couple of nights with Fabienne. The house was nice a cozy. The room was on the top floor, so used the staircase to get up to room. Room looked just like the pictures. They have a nice garden with chairs and a table outside too! Close to the Metro 1 station so it was very easy to get to the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. The couple was very nice and would offer breakfast every morning. We didn’t have time because of how much we packed in a day. A grocery store is near by so if you want to grab pastries and water, it’s convenient before a long day in the center of Paris. We even meet the couples long time friends and were sooo friendly!!

Trust me,it is definitely the best Airbnb I’ve ever been.Alain is so cute and friendly and makes everything perfect.The room is soooo cool and I really wish I could stay here for a longer time. Thank you Alain.

Thank you for a great days in Paris. Morgan was always helpful, available, and flexible. He was so gracious and we always met a smile when he was ready with a nice breakfast. The place was in an incredibly nice area, and despite the nearby nightlife venues, it was always quiet and calm at night. A small room, with a very small bathroom but everything was fresh, clean and newly renovated. So unless you need some space, this place is perfect. Will be happy to come back. Thank you.

It was my second time staying in this B&B, earlier with my daughter, now with my husband and again it was extremely well liked. Extremely friendly people, nice clean room with lovely shower, tasty and extensive breakfast! Super flexible people! We could check in earlier and were allowed to leave our bags on the last day to pick them up before departure. Really nice! By metro, you can reach all the sights in Paris within half an hour and Notre-Dame can even be reached by a kilometer or 4 (40 minutes). Close to the B&B is the large shopping center Italie Deux on Place d'Italie. And there are nice boulangeries nearby and on Fridays and Sundays there is a large fresh market around the corner. What a great find! All of the employees at this establishment were cheerful and friendly, eager to make our stay wonderful. The room was clean and bright, with a lovely street view. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were amenities nearby the hotel and the metro was just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel---it was the best weeklong rental we could have secured. We will return!
