This is a beautiful house. You feel like a guest in their family home. The garden is a lovely bonus when staying in Paris. Cool and restful. There was loads of room for our family of 5 and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The RER is just a few minutes walk away. Great place to stay.

Very welcoming host with the concern to satisfy guests. We had a slight delay in check-in and check-out, they were super understanding. The apartment is very clean and functional. I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything

Nicolas’ place is spacious, in an ideal location and is complete with al amenities you would need for a stay! I stayed here with my family during the summer and the living space was a nice area to relax and enjoy the weather on the terrace. You are a short walk from the metro station which gets to into the centre within 30 mins which is ideal. The neighbourhood is nice and complete with bakeries, restaurants and shops - everything you would need!

We had a lovely stay at Marion's. The space was very clean and the bed more than comfortable. The place is very quiet and with a better time we could have enjoyed the very pleasant little garden. Marion is very available and jovial. The location provides direct access to many monuments of Paris by RER. The surrounding shops are diverse: Franprix, bakeries, florist, restaurants, tobacco. I will keep this address for a future trip to Paris if necessary because the value for money is incredible. Thank you very much Marion!! See you soon 😁

We loved this house! It is beautifully designed with so much space and so many amenities! Mireille was so generous with everything it really felt like home from home. Location is ideal. Quiet street in lovely residential area and so accessible to Paris centre. The station is 10 mins walk but our only comment is that the pavement is pretty uneven so wheeled bags are quite hard to pull along. The host of course can do nothing about this but it is worth considering if you have a lot of baggage. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Ahmed was particularly available and very quick to arrange our arrival and was very attentive to us having a lovely weekend. The house was perfect for a weekend with friends. In particular, the full kitchen, ideal for preparing group meals!

Beautiful apartment in a small residence located about a 10-minute walk from Bastille and 5 minutes from the Charonne metro, so very good location. Many mini markets around, restaurants etc. The apartment is very cute, spacious, bright, the bedding comfortable, and above all, rare, there is really everything you could need (shower gel, shampoo, salt, pepper, oil, some medicines…) Small criticism, the building is a little noisy like many Parisian buildings where you can hear everything through the walls but that's a matter of habit. Nicolas and Hélène were very responsive to messages and friendly. Note that they are on the same floor as the door next door if needed.

Excellent location, walking distance from Notre Dame. Very safe area for families. Great restaurants all around at walking distance. The apartment it self is beautiful, very cozy and welcoming. The apartment was great for a solo traveler like me. It’s peaceful, and safe, and the bed was cozy after long days of seeing the city. It’s close by to great shopping on Rue Mouffetard along with restaurants. Benjamin was responsive, easy to communicate with, helpful, and allowed me some flexibility with checking in and checking out.

Very well located apartment, close to everything, shops, transport etc... Very good stay, really would recommend. Small negative point: lack of kitchen utensils to remedy.

Lovely hosts and a beautiful apartment, so close to everything, just a ten minute walk away from most attractions and so many great restaurants around the area!

This was my second stay, and it was just as comfortable and well-suited for my visit as the first time. I look forward to returning in the future.

The neighborhood was the Marais district, so the surrounding environment was clean, and there were many antique buildings and shops nearby. I would recommend it because the neighborhood was beautiful. It was close to the subway station and on the first floor, so you might hear a little noise, but the windows block out the noise well, so if you faint after traveling, you can sleep without waking up in the middle. The breakfast provided by Morgan was great, and it was a happy accommodation because he was so kind. You can spread it out in the corner of the 28-inch carrier, but it's uncomfortable because the passage is blocked. The bathroom is also small, so it can be difficult for adult men. It's a recommended accommodation for two women traveling, and the bathroom was small but really neat, and the hair dryer had a strong wind, and there were cotton swabs and cotton pads, and the tissues were thick, and there was a large mirror in the center, so it was nice. The bed was big and the mattress was fluffy, so it was nice. It's close to all the tourist attractions. I totally recommend this place

Margaret was a wonderful host, and I felt very safe and comfortable staying in her home. It was an easy 10 minute walk from her home to the metro, and she helped me understand the Paris metro system. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed and protected in her home. It was a joy to stay with Margaret and I hope to go back someday.

The apartment was well-equipped. It’s near the metro and different bus stops. I stayed with my mom who has mobility issues and thank god there are lot of bus lines nearby.

We really enjoyed our visit in this calm and clean accommodation. Delicious breakfast and great communication with our host. 100% recommend!

What a lovely, purely Paris stay! Dominique was so warm and hospitable! She shared France with us every morning while we savored croissants, coffee, yogurt, and fresh orange juice! What a delight! The room was clean and comfortable, with a great living room space filled with original art. The condo is very close to the Metro 6 station and it was very easy to get anywhere! Dominique gave us great suggestions for everything we needed and wanted to see. I would recommend staying here!
