Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Vincennes

There was scaffolding on the building blocking our view when we arrived but Phillippe immediately offered us a larger apt. to compensate for the obstructed view. The apt. was very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We were extremely comfortable for our 6 nights in Paris. Phillippe greeted us with a basket of fruits and water and he could not be more responsive and helpful. It was a perfect location walkable to most attractions and extremely close to the Georges V metro line.

The studio is cozy and comfortable. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is full of life and movement, showing a more authentic side of the city. It's easy to get to downtown Paris. I'd come back.

Located in a peaceful, almost town-like residential area, yet incredibly convenient for getting into the heart of Paris. We booked this place exactly for that reason, and it didn’t disappoint. The little balcony is really nice.

Our stay was very nice. The accommodation is perfectly as advertised, it is clean, comfortable and very quiet. We particularly appreciated the proximity of transport, especially the RER A, which greatly facilitates access to all the must-see sites in Paris via the metro and bus. The hosts were responsive and caring, which made our experience even better.

Be a Parisian for few days, or weeks here! We were happy to discover one of Paris’s most vibrant neighborhoods, filled with authenticity and charm. The apartment itself is a beautiful blend of classic Parisian style and lived-in warmth. You won’t find anything sterile or impersonal here—this is someone’s real home, and you feel that in the best way. It feels like staying with a friend. The kitchen is compact but fully equipped, with everything you might need right away. Also, just next door there are plenty of places to get everything you might want. What truly elevates the stay is Maxime, the host. Warm, generous, and endlessly helpful, he made us feel welcome from the first message. He has detailed instructions about the apartment and the neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe with lots of things to do whatever your interests are. The public transportation is a great way to get around. It’s a perfect place to soak in the eternal charm of Paris.

The house is very welcoming and equipped with everything you need. There were four of us and we slept comfortably: two in the bedroom and two on the sofa bed in the living room. The house is easy to reach, in an area well served at all hours. You have to consider that it is on the fourth floor and has no elevator so there are many stairs to climb: we organized ourselves so as not to go out and come back too many times in one day. It was a very pleasant stay, we felt really at home and if we return to Paris we will definitely contact Emilie.

Fabulous stay in this beautiful studio apartment. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Comfy bed and pillows and lovely building. (The stairs were a killer though……🙈). Easy travel on the metro to the centre of Paris if you walk to Gare l’East rather than the nearer Gare Nord. Just a tip worth thinking about. Loved the suggestions of restaurants and places to go left for us in the apartment. Very handy indeed.

Beautiful complex of 2 houses quietly located at the end of a large private courtyard. Private parking is so cool! And right across the street from the RER metro, that's great! Super comfortable bedding, large private terrace, super clean and super welcoming and friendly team. That's really great, thank you!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

Despite a late booking on our part, Dayday made himself available. Very nice host, very clean accommodation with good equipment including the jacuzzi. I would recommend the place!!

Great stay at Éric's. The accommodation was perfect for this little family weekend with a garden for the children and a perfect terrace to relax after the exhausting days of sightseeing in Paris. count between 10 and 15 minutes on foot to reach the metro. My kids and I had a lovely stay. Not only because the rental is tastefully decorated but also because it was really very clean, functional and comfortable (both the beds and the sofa). In addition, the village is very cute and has a peaceful atmosphere. We were able to fully enjoy Paris by going to the RER station of La Hacquiniere which is only 5 minutes by car and where it is easy to park. Angélique is very welcoming and friendly.

Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

About 8 minutes walk from RER C station, the soundproofing of the room is not particularly good, you will hear the sound of the next door talking at night, the room is not bad

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Host is very helpful and very responsive. Place is nice and clean, near to train station which made easy to travel, just in 1-2 min walk supermarket is located to buy stuff if needed. Disneyland is near and has direct train connectivity.

Vincent's apartment is a dream. Entering the condominium with its park and its rose bushes and plants and birds that sing is a wonderful experience. The apartment is perfect and has all the amenities. The kitchen is great and you can cook quietly. The bathroom is very comfortable and the water is plentiful and hot. The bedroom is very nice and the bed is super comfortable. The neighbors are also very friendly. Vincent was extremely warm and friendly. Always offering to help us with whatever we needed. It's definitely a wonderful place to make your stay in Paris perfect. It is close to many shops of all kinds and close to Metro and bus lines. Thank you Vincent for your warmth. Staying at your house was wonderful.

By far one of the most magical places I’ve stayed in Paris. Albeit just outside city limits, you’re minutes from the metro and the garden view outside the living room and kitchen windows are something I’ll cherish for years to come. Xavier set up the place beautifully, was accommodating and very sweet. Highly highly recommend
