A home from home, the Bastide is filled with an eclectic mix of personal and functional items that immediately allow you to relax. Beautiful and quiet surroundings. The host could not have been more communicative, instructive and friendly. She is relaxed and informative, very welcoming but not at all intrusive. We appreciated all the small touches during our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

We were looking for a secluded and comfortable setting. In addition to a hot tub, a breathtaking view of the valley, we found ourselves perfectly placed to discover the area. We had a great time with the family. Great welcome from Patrick and his wife. The house is big everyone has their own space. The view is superb and there is everything you need on site to enjoy (pétanque, billiards, jacuzzi). The beds are comfortable and they are made on arrival it's lovely. We're already planning on coming back for a bucolic getaway

We have just had a jolly spiffing holiday at Petit Grange! Monpazier is of course as beautiful as ever and the beer at Biere De Las Bastide still as quaffable, and all just 5 mins walk away! Petite Grange was perfect for our stay, having ample room to accommodate four adults. Everything you need has been thoughtfully included and all is clean and fresh as you'd expect from top notch hosts. Although we didn't try the pool or hottub (it being out of season) we found the garden and veranda offered both sunshine and shade, along with stunning views and a much-used BBQ, indeed if it wasn't such a beautiful area with much to see we could happily just hang out at Petite Grange - and will definitely return! We really enjoyed our stay here! 4 adults and 3 children aged 10-14. The villa is amazing with everything you could possibly need. It has been renovated to a very high standard which blends the modern and the traditional seamlessly. Beautiful views, quiet location, lovely pool. We really could not fault it. We have hired many villas and apartments over the years and this one is at the top level. All made better by the host (Elodie) responding to any issues almost immediately and the lovely sunshine we had all week! You will not regret booking this property!

We had a fantastic family vacation and enjoyed the absolutely beautiful home, views and great amenities. The children especially enjoyed the swimming pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views. We had everything we needed and the house was spacious and perfectly clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

A wonderful stay, very nice domain with lots of animation, cozy gites, a host who leaves you in freedom but also very accessible and approachable with golden tips but also always interested in how things are really going. we would really recommend it to anyone both families with young children and older children. It is a beautiful area to explore and Anne Sophie, her husband Pascale and daughter Lily are incredibly attentive and sweet. Fantastic to be there!

A really lovely place surrounded by vineyards and with easy access to local towns. Bordeaux is a 90 min drive through some charming villages. I brought my dog and she loved the fenced garden. She loved Jonathan too! In fact, both Jonathan and Lesley are the most welcoming, considerate, generous and helpful of hosts. I stayed for a few weeks and would return in a heartbeat.

Walnut gîte was exactly as described. We had a wonderful 5 days and particularly loved the pool, the outlook and the location. We were close enough to do all sights and still able to come back to the peace and quiet in the afternoons for a swim in the pool and a glass of wine on the terrace. Carolyn was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Our family of 6 and our dog stayed at Le Fournet Bas for one week. The place looks even better in real life than it did in the photos - rustic charm with modern facilities. The bedrooms worked really well — boys in the twin, girls in the double and we had the “old bread oven” annex. The saltwater pool was delightful, clean and well-maintained. The barbecue area was excellent and well-used throughout our week. We would recommend renting electric bikes from the nearby FatVelo - a great way to spend a morning/day. Also Chateau de Bonaguil is very close and well worth a visit. Nearby St-Martin-le-Redon is a beautiful little village, and Puy L’Évêque is also well worth a visit. Christine and Gérard were very welcoming and helpful and resolved any little questions quickly and without any fuss. All-in-all, a fantastic place to spend a relaxing week.

Can’t rate this place highly enough! It is the most wonderful place; blissful and beautiful views all so calm and perfect setting. The house is immaculate very clean with lovely interiors, comfortable beds and lovely bedding. If you are looking for a fantastic place that you don’t want to leave this could be it; just perfect. Jean-Xavier is lovely and extremely helpful.

Excellent week-long stay at Laurence and Alain's in an environment as beautiful as it is serene. The cottage, authentic in its construction, is also very functional and very well-equipped. The living room also remains cool even when outdoor temperatures exceed 30 degrees. Laurence and Alain are attentive hosts, very responsive and always give good advice on outings and visits nearby. Another asset of the cottage, and not least, dogs are welcome and our two dogs were able to enjoy the vacation with us.

Beautiful building resembling the photos in every way! Perfect for meeting with friends or family. The place is quiet, only the frogs were heard! Very well-equipped accommodation (kitchen utensils, petanque court, indoor and outdoor games available, etc.) No complaints, everything was perfect.

First of all, a big thank you to Ludovic's mother who was very available and very nice. A delicious breakfast with homemade products. The place is sparkling clean. You feel wonderful in this warm and very original house. The place is very quiet, the animals are adorable, a cozy bed.

We stayed for 18 days. Marie the owner is very pleasant and accomidating and was there when we needed her but left us to enjoy our stay. The Gite is lovely. Bedrooms comfortable and radiators keep the place warm as we stayed in January. It is only 10 minutes drive to Eymet and we'll worth a visit and 30 minutes easy drive to Bergerac. We would highly recommend this site.

Jo and Paul are excellent hosts and couldn't have been more helpful in trying to make our stay a success. They are lovely people running a lovely gîte with everything you need, next to a beautiful pool. Highly recommended.

We wanted a peaceful and undisturbed break from our busy working lives, just the two of us (for the first time in several years), we wanted a pool and a small property that would probably enjoy some warm weather at the end of May. Lavender Cottage and Janie (who was based less than 100m away) delivered all of our requirements and more - the property was perfect for our needs, it was gloriously quiet, the pool was warm enough to enjoy, and any queries we had Janie was only too happy to respond to. My wife's birthday fell on a French Bank Holiday and some venues were not open so Janie stepped in and kindly sorted out a reservation with a local Restaurant which was very kind of her - and was a great venue for a meal. The markets we went to locally were excellent and our visit to the Naked Vigneron to see the vines and taste them and have lunch hosted by the Yorkshire born Moores was great activity to consider - All in all just, what the doctor would have ordered (if asked)

We greatly enjoyed the charm of the property, which offers plenty of privacy, and a large shaded summer lounge adjoining the pool. The rooms are cool even in hot weather, and the indoor living room is huge. The place is like its hosts, Michel and his partner, welcoming and friendly. Following a small power outage issue that occurred late in the evening, Michel responded to our late call to resolve this small issue, and traveled the next morning to check that everything was working perfectly for our stay. We highly recommend this rental, located in this very popular area of bastides and medieval festivities.

Just what we needed! Michelle was super lovely and welcoming, the house was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. She gave us great local recommendations as well as information on shop closing times as it was a bank holiday when we landed. Super peaceful, remote but 30minute walk (or 5 min drive) to local town with shops and bars/restaurants. A quiet little town but really lovely locals. The pool was lovely and fresh and just what we needed with the sunshine! Even though it thunderstorm on one of the days we got to use the wood burner and get all cosy and watch it roll in over the hills. Stunning! We can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you Michelle we had the best time!

Very pleasant stay in this large beautiful house and its charming apartments. The large park facing the landscape and the beautiful pool are also beautiful assets for a peaceful stay Maria is a remarkable hostess for her kindness and delicate attention.

Julien and Boris are real hosts: available, smiling, very communicative. we felt very comfortable very quickly in this little piece of heaven. The walk in their park is just perfect. The renovation of the cottage is done with great taste and very well insulated acoustically but also against the 35 degrees that accompanied us during our stay. But that's not all, Boris is a fine cook and we were able to enjoy his talents. Thanks again to the 2 of them for introducing us to this peaceful retreat.

We absolutely loved staying here. With it’s fantastic pool and ping pong, serene surroundings and kind hosts, Labarde was a perfect stay. Brilliantly located for local towns and villages and tucked away with gorgeous views. The apartment had everything we needed and had plenty of outside seating options. Paul and Anna were always available to help or advise. It was a wonderful holiday! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We spent a week with Emilie and her family and from the first time we met, we didn't feel like guests, but like friends. We were warmly welcomed and invited to a dinner together the next evening. Our kids especially loved all the animals that could be found on every corner: goats, rabbits, the dog Rio, the sheep and chickens. The family also has a large vegetable garden where the tastiest tomatoes we have ever eaten grew. Emilie was a great plan for what we could do this week. We particularly liked the gourmet markets, which were there every evening in August. Also, we were on a great farm and made a beautiful canoe trip in the nearby area. We're already planning to come back. Thank you!
