This attic, converted in 2020, above my main accommodation, has completely independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, primarily (sunbeds and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!

Close to their home, the accommodation and its location allow total privacy but also quick access to your hosts for any questions or needs. Hosts share their pool and a few moments of conviviality if you wish. We also liked the unobstructed view and the feeling of space around us. Nice place. It's just like the pictures. You can find spots on the street, more or less close. On the other hand, we are not very far from a bell tower, which rings at 9 a.m. (for late risers). Nevertheless everything was clean and nice. I would recommend Coda and this listing!

We had a great time in Prayssac. This is a calm and peaceful place. We were looking for what we were looking for. The cottage is very good with a great pool. Our stay at les peupliers was exactly what we had hoped for. The gite was exactly as described and the swimming pool was superb. We wanted to arrive a day earlier than we had booked and we were immediately offered a guest room in the family home which was perfect. Laurence and Mike are excellent hosts. They were friendly, helpful and provided lots of really useful information about the area. Thanks for the birthday card Laurence and the home made fig Jam!

Hello, We stayed (2 adults and 2 children) for a week at the end of July and beginning of August at Chritsine's. She welcomed us, she is very responsive, attentive! Christine gave us places to visit. The accommodation is suitable, functional, clean and well-equipped! The pool is perfect and clean! The place is very nice, peaceful. We were able to enjoy the pool ++ and luckily it was very hot! The outdoors is perfect for kids to play quietly and safely! Thanks to Christine and Jérôme. We'll be back.
