The Chintre is definitely a place to remember. Located in a green setting, this rural cottage is admirably run by enthusiasts of good products. But the real asset of this charming bed and breakfast is the evening table. Thierry and Jacqueline prove to be fine cooks who spoil their hosts with local products, most of which is produced on site. The atmosphere is always excellent and the guests are as thin and pleasant as the wines. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great night with our 3-year-old son, the place is very nice and peaceful. Beatrice listens and knows how to meet our needs. The accommodation is beautiful and very clean. We were able to visit their farm right next door. The little neighboring village is very nice too.

We had a wonderful stay - one of the nicest properties we have stayed at in France (and we have been to quite a few!) The photos don’t do the house justice - both the inside and outside of this property are delightful and allowed our big group their own space when they wanted it. It is in the most peaceful location with stunning views from every angle of the house and garden. The extra high chairs and cots were greatly appreciated and the little ones loved watching the deer, squirrels as rabbits in the garden and the surrounding fields. John and Sarah were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had prior to our stay - I very much hope we will have the opportunity to come back to the house in the future.

Olivia and David are really pleasant, friendly, flexible, and will also be able to guide you usefully to make your stay in Puy l 'Evêque from reception to departure. In terms of services offered, it's high class, from accommodation to breakfast. All for a really modest price. I spent a night in the room called "Du Colonel", the reality exceeds the photos: we are immediately won over as soon as we pass the door by so much charm of this world decorated with great taste. You can even enjoy some outbuildings, terrace, small living room... Is it necessary to specify that I recommend it?

I had never been so well hosted outside my family! Spacious room, house with lots of charm, and delicious guest table with garden products, all perfect for a cyclist! Recommended without hesitation, by bike or not.

This home comes with alot of ambiance and heritage. It felt like travelling 200 years back in time, the troubles of the world simply vanish. Valérie was very welcoming, warm and friendly. The bed is good quality and the room is large. There is even a USB port. They provide a simple but elegant breakfast of a fresh baguette, yogurt, croissant, jams and butter. Juice, tea or coffee. There is place to store a couple of bicycles. Only downside was the water was tepid which made for a terrible shower.

Very good stay in a beautiful comfortable building. The pool is nice because it's hard to find swimming areas nearby. Good advice and discussions on places to visit (heritage and gastronomy) in our short stay. Frankly, we recommend it!

We stayed for one night. We were able to park our car under shelter in a courtyard. We were hosted very well. Pleasant, clean and spotless accommodation. Modern bathroom. Beautiful house in which we enjoyed a small cozy apartment with all the essentials. Hearty breakfast, prepared with care, and excellent. We felt privileged. We were able to have a pleasant exchange with our host. We would highly recommend it.

Great stay at Gaelle's. We had a pleasant, peaceful and quiet time. Gaëlle is a very responsive and above all very welcoming host. She takes the time to explain everything to us and she is kind enough to make your stay perfect. The accommodation is perfect, decorated with love, very modern and functional. The jacuzzi is clean and sheltered in case of rain, which is a real plus. The boards and welcome cocktails are incredible, a real treat for the eyes as well. Very nice room on a quiet property. Kathy is a thoughtful host who welcomed us with great hospitality. The room is well decorated and the amenities are as described. The bedding is of very good quality. Gourmet and varied breakfast. Always good advice that allowed us to discover unusual places or good places to eat, thanks to Phillipe too. We were hosted very well and will be happy to go back.

Friendly, always takes time for you even though she is busy with all her work and animals,always nearby but not striking. Beautiful pool, beautiful Location, beautiful starry sky with no light pollution and a great breakfast, I was only there but there was plenty to eat for a whole family. In short, top and 5 stars!

Room that we booked an hour before arrival because of a mechanical issue on a travel bike. Ronald welcomed us without problem, spacious and very comfortable accommodation and appreciated lunch service. A big thank you to him for his responsiveness. We would definitely recommend it.

Anne welcomed us warmly and we felt comfortable in her house. The room is private and peaceful, in the eaves with many house martins flying outside which we loved. There is everything in the room that you will need - kettle, cups and bowls etc, and a fridge. Anne provides tea and coffee. The house is in a great location, right in the town centre, so walking to the restaurants is easy. Anne let us put our bikes safely in her locked garage, which we really appreciated. Le Mas d'Agenais is a pretty town and definitely worth a visit. I left my trainers behind when I left, and Anne posted them on to me - very kind and helpful.

Victoria is a wonderful host who really cares that you have the best possible experience staying in her beautiful home. She was flexible with her breakfasts and regularly checked to ensure there was nothing else I wanted in my room, for breakfast, during my travels in the local area. Nothing was too much trouble. We have talked, laughed, enjoyed the shade under the magnificent trees in the garden. We sat quietly during an interruption in our conversation, as the mother deer and her 2 fawns walked into the garden. Victoria is a lovely, spiritual lady who made my stay very special. Comfy bed, lovely room, easy parking… loved it!
