We had a great time at Nicolas's place. The house is accurate to the description and photos. Nicolas is proactive and anticipated our every request. The neighborhood is nice, the bakery and lake are within walking distance. All amenities are close by (supermarkets, butcher, fishmongers, beach…) Small + Sophie who gave us the keys shared with us the good spots and places to visit. We would recommend this listing.

2nd weekend in this home, and still just as perfect. The neighborhood is very quiet, the accommodation has a very nice cozy atmosphere. In addition, Matthieu is very welcoming, attentive and friendly. Total confidence in this place, you can go there without so much as a second thought!
