Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Villena

Overall the location for me was at the start of poyente beach, witch was perfect for me, as I prefer that side of benidorm. The apartment was located on the 5th floor of the complex with a lift, the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with doubles and 1 with 2 single beds, living area was very large and comfortable and could easily accommodate a large family very comfortably with traditional Spanish décor,. bathroom was very large too, with a shower that was piping hot and powerful if required. kitchen has all the appliances you require including gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine etc. Towels where provided for the week The balcony is extremely large and you get the sun on it all day. overall I would definitely come back here again. Excellent Value and Excellent hosts, with great communication.

Fenomenal en todo. El apartamento muy coqueto y unas vistas impresionantes, a esa altura te sientes aislado de todo el murmullo y el jaleo de las calles. Desde luego que repetiríamos. Gracias a Alex por estar siempre pendiente. Un 10.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

Le logement est bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. Il y a un magasin d’alimentation juste à côté, bien pratique. Les enfants ont aimé joué sur la place au pied de l’immeuble: petit parc de jeux et fontaines.

Desde un inicio Dmitry nos atendió perfectamente, responde siempre, nos ayudó en todo. Es muy amable y entregado, haciendo la estancia divina, gracias y gracias.

Excelente ubicación ;Pedro es una persona muy atenta y gentil .el lugar estaba impecable mi hija lo disfruto muchísimo , en pocas palabras nos encantó repetiríamos ! En cuanto a la ubicación muy cerca de el centro y facilita el transporte . Si la calificación fuera de uno 1 al 10 daria un 1000 , es un lugar muy moderno me encantó y el jacuzzi funciona de maravilla 😻

Max’s place looks exactly as in the pictures and we enjoyed our stay. There is a lot of storage drawers and the beds are comfortable. There is a designated work desk and a chair. Max met with us and went over the apartment upon our arrival. The location is superb. Steps away from Mar2 mall and Santa Barbara castle.

En pocas palabras, increíble alojamiento. En primer lugar darle las gracias a Irene por su paciencia con nosotros, nos demoramos en la llegada e igualmente estuvo atenta, servicial y muy educada. En cuanto al alojamiento, sin palabras, nos encantó, todo limpisimo, super ordenado y espacioso. Increíble lo moderno que es, se nota que está reformado con cariño. Sin duda alguna, recomendable al 200%. Gracias por acogernos.

Fredric var en mycket bra värd. Tydliga instruktioner inför vår vistelse och även under vår resa. Boendet är dessutom väldigt fint - ett riktigt toppval om man reser i större sällskap.

This was a fantastic location and the apartment was remodeled and very well appointed. It has an exceptional view of the castle and within walking distance of the water. The apartment was open and spacious which worked great for a large group. I would definitely recommend this property.

It was our first time using Air bnb and Hakan made our experience perfect and it’s something we will definitely do again. Hakan met us at the airport, gave us a welcome bottle of fizz and took us to the property stopping for us to pick up some essentials for our stay on the way. What a great service & host was my first impression. Showed us the property and how to use the cooker, washing machine etc. Gave us several restaurant recommendations in the local area. The location is perfect, the property is lovely & ideal for a family of four with the swimming pool opposite as well. We are already planning to visit again and will use this property. el piso es cómodo, limpio, silencioso y tiene todo que pueda necesitar. Manuel es muy amable, estaba atento para ayudarnos a cualquier cosa. La estancia fue increíble. muy recomendable.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Gran Alacant! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders für die Kinder, und die schöne Terrasse hat uns viele gemütliche Abende im Freien beschert. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

House has everything you need for your stay including dishwasher and washing machine. Nice to have a coffee machine and pods. Great kitchen. Nearest shop a 5 to 10 mins walk, so would be nice for a bottle of water to be provided for arrival in the fridge after travel, as there is not a shop at the urbanisation. House nice and close to the lovely beach and the bus stops. 5 to 10 mins walk to restaurants. Favourite things were the lovely beach close by ans a trip to Alicante City on the bus which is a lovely City.

Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen, sehr gepflegten Komplex und bietet eine super Lage.

Очень приятная чистая,новая квартира. Есть абсолютно все для проживание в том числе шампуни,мыло, стиральный порошок. В каждой комнате есть обогреватель это очень важно при проживание в холодное время года. Всё чисто ,приятно ,новый ремонт. Очень тихо и спокойно. Рекомендую!

Localizacao perfeita, é possivel ter acesso a tudo apenas caminhando. Anfitriao bastante proativo. Nos disponibilizou berço e trona para nosso bebé. A jacuzzi é a cereja do bolo para curtir um final de dia (com a agua sempre aquecida!).

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

This beautiful apartment is in a great location; walking distance to the beach and surrounding bars and supermarkets. Very responsive and communicative host who was happy to be flexible around our check-in requirements due to our flight arriving in late. The apartment itself is extremely clean, modern and spacious and we would happily stay again next time we visit La Cala.
