Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Villena

Overall the location for me was at the start of poyente beach, witch was perfect for me, as I prefer that side of benidorm. The apartment was located on the 5th floor of the complex with a lift, the apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 with doubles and 1 with 2 single beds, living area was very large and comfortable and could easily accommodate a large family very comfortably with traditional Spanish décor,. bathroom was very large too, with a shower that was piping hot and powerful if required. kitchen has all the appliances you require including gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave washing machine etc. Towels where provided for the week The balcony is extremely large and you get the sun on it all day. overall I would definitely come back here again. Excellent Value and Excellent hosts, with great communication.

Phenomenal in everything. The apartment is very charming and has stunning views, at that height you feel isolated from all the noise and hustle and bustle of the streets. Of course we would repeat. Thanks to Alex for always being available. A 10.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

And really enjoyed staying at the apartment. We felt at home and will be happy to come back. An absolute recommendation for this apartment!

The accommodation is well located a few minutes walk from the beach. There is a grocery store right next door, very convenient. The kids enjoyed playing on the square at the foot of the building: small playground and fountains.

From the beginning, Dmitry attended us perfectly, always responds, helped us with everything. He is very friendly and delivered, making the stay divine, thank you and thank you.

The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean and a 20 minute walk to the centre. I didn’t appreciate how low the sofa was, I had a hip replacement in November and found it difficult to get up from. Apart from that everything was great. 😊

Max’s place looks exactly as in the pictures and we enjoyed our stay. There is a lot of storage drawers and the beds are comfortable. There is a designated work desk and a chair. Max met with us and went over the apartment upon our arrival. The location is superb. Steps away from Mar2 mall and Santa Barbara castle.

Simply put, amazing place to stay. First of all, thank Irene for her patience with us, we were late on arrival and she was also attentive, helpful and very polite. For the place, without words, we loved it, everything clean, super tidy and spacious. Amazing how modern it is, you can tell that it is renovated with affection. No doubt, recommended to 200%. Fredric was a very good host. Clear instructions for our stay and also during our trip. The accommodation is also very nice - a really top choice if you are traveling in larger groups.

This was a fantastic location and the apartment was remodeled and very well appointed. It has an exceptional view of the castle and within walking distance of the water. The apartment was open and spacious which worked great for a large group. I would definitely recommend this property.

It was our first time using Air bnb and Hakan made our experience perfect and it’s something we will definitely do again. Hakan met us at the airport, gave us a welcome bottle of fizz and took us to the property stopping for us to pick up some essentials for our stay on the way. What a great service & host was my first impression. Showed us the property and how to use the cooker, washing machine etc. Gave us several restaurant recommendations in the local area. The location is perfect, the property is lovely & ideal for a family of four with the swimming pool opposite as well. We are already planning to visit again and will use this property. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

House has everything you need for your stay including dishwasher and washing machine. Nice to have a coffee machine and pods. Great kitchen. Nearest shop a 5 to 10 mins walk, so would be nice for a bottle of water to be provided for arrival in the fridge after travel, as there is not a shop at the urbanisation. House nice and close to the lovely beach and the bus stops. 5 to 10 mins walk to restaurants. Favourite things were the lovely beach close by ans a trip to Alicante City on the bus which is a lovely City.

We spent a few very fun days in the apartment of Alexandru everything correct the apartment clean , alado a supermarket The pools very nice in general everything was correct ✔️ 👌 thanks

Great location and pool

Lovely place - open, light and with a beautiful view. Walking access to beach was brill, and had playgrounds nearby which was good for our son. Tram was pretty accessible to town centre as well.

Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

This beautiful apartment is in a great location; walking distance to the beach and surrounding bars and supermarkets. Very responsive and communicative host who was happy to be flexible around our check-in requirements due to our flight arriving in late. The apartment itself is extremely clean, modern and spacious and we would happily stay again next time we visit La Cala.
