Vacation rentals with a patio in Villena

We had a fantastic 4 weeks at Helen’s place from 1st February to 1st March. Everything was just perfect. The apartment is so comfortable and spacious. The place was spotless on arrival and communication was brilliant. The terrace was fabulous getting the February sun from 8.30 until 3.30. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen excellent. Very comfortable seating in the lounge. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Finally a great location, local shops excellent, 15-20 min to the beach and shopping areas of the city.

Hemos estado como en casa en el apartamento de Tomas! La urbanización es una maravilla y la ubicación es genial para bajar andando a la playa, nosotros hemos agradecido mucho no contar con el coche a diario. El patio tiene un tamaño perfecto y por la orientación no es demasiado soleado y corre un airecito muy bueno. Sabes que el sitio es el correcto cuando echas poco de menos algo de tu casa! Nosotros hemos estado fenomenal y seguro que repetimos. Tomas ha estado pendiente de nosotros tratando de poner facilidades. Fue flexible tanto con la entrada como con la salida. Los dias que hemos pasado alli han sido maravillosos! Gracias por todo!

Und hat der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung extrem gut gefallen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung für diese Wohnung!

Wunderschönes Apartment, in dem man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt mit allem was einen angenehmen Urlaubsaufenthalt ausmacht. Sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, ebenfalls bestens ausgestattete Küche und blitzeblank. Äußerst schnelle und stets zuverlässige, hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit dem Koordinator Juan, stets super freundlich. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder her kommen und haben uns richtig wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ruhige, sehr sichere Lage und dennoch schnell in der Innenstadt. Skyline nicht zu überbieten. Tiptop!

Un sitio espectacular, entorno mágico. La casa está genial con todo lo necesario. Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. Totalmente recomendable.

Alles war wunderbar. Paula war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Lage zu Fuß 1-2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Wohnung wie angegeben, alles Tip Top. Garage mit Tischtennis war eine gute Abwechslung und hat viel Spaß gemacht 👍🏼

Daniel est une personne très sympa, il a su nous donner des conseils vis à vis des activités à faire en locale Le logement est propre et bien disposé facile d’accès et proche de tout Je recommande ce logement pour des personnes cherchant à visiter Alicante et les alentours tout en restant dans un environnement calme

Emilio fue encantador desde el primer intante, nos envió la información necesaria por mensaje, nos facilitó el poder entrar antes en la casa y el poder salir más tarde si no lonecitabamos. En todo tiempo muy amable y encantador. La fina de los naranjos es más hermosa que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Toda la obra donde nos hospedamos es nueva, con buenos acabados y electrodomesticos de primera calidad. Exelente gusto para la decoración. La piscina y la zona de barbacoa es la cereza del pastel. Y por si fuese poco, nos ofrecieron comer toda la naranja que pudieramos comer, hay que decirlo, una naranja de primerísima calidad. Sin duda reperiré, salimos muy muy satisfechos con todo. Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el apartamento de María. La ubicación es inmejorable: en una zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar, y a solo 50 metros de la playa, literalmente a cuatro pasos. Además, el paseo marítimo que la rodea es enorme y precioso, ideal para disfrutar de largos paseos. La zona es muy accesible y cómoda para moverse. El apartamento estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza y muy bien equipado, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y comodidades. Los anfitriones fueron encantadores y siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, si volvemos a la zona, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Gran Alacant! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders für die Kinder, und die schöne Terrasse hat uns viele gemütliche Abende im Freien beschert. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

La casa está genial, tiene de todo lo que puedas pedir en la casa, cocina conpletisima, tiene un patio espectacular es enorme, la playa a 4 minutos con paseo marítimo con muchos bares y si quieres ir andando a Santa Pola en 40 minutos llegas, en coche a 5 min. Luciana nos recibió muy amablemente y nos dejó entrar antes de la hora, nos puso varios mensajes si todo estaba bien, contesta muy rápido los mensajes, la verdad que yo repetiría esta casa. Recomendable 100%.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at La Casa de la Luna. The apartment is not only comfortable and clean, but also has stylish design elements that inspired us to shoot some content for social media. We found everything we needed, and the host provided useful tips to make our visit even better. The location is ideal—quiet yet within walking distance to the beach, the castle, and the old market. I highly recommend it!

El apartamento estaba súper limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar. La atención del propietario fue muy buena. El único pero quizás sea su ubicación pero podríamos repetir perfectamente.

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

Rosa est une belle personne, adorable, qui nous a conseillée du début a la fin sur les bons restaurants et les différentes activités. La maison est super, il y a 2 étages en supplément du rez de chaussée et a chaque étage il y a une terrasse, ainsi qu'une grande terrasse en bas, 2 salles de bain. Tout était parfait, le coin est magnifique avec une vue splendide, des terrasses vous voyez la mer, le sable et les palmiers, c'est magnifique. Le coin est calme et vous êtes a moins de 15min d'Alicante☺️ Nous recommandons Rosa, le rapport qualité prix est super et la région tellement belle. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons c'est sur :) Notre toutou a aussi beaucoup aimé, il pouvait se mettre sur les terrasses et profiter paisiblement du soleil ☀️ A très vite☺️

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...

Sin duda de los mejores apartamentos en los que hemos estado. Además de limpio, ordenado, contaba con todo tipo de comodidades y detalles que hacían la estancia aún más agradable. La facilidad y amabilidad para llegar al apartamento, así como la comunicación con abdelhakim. Íbamos con dos niñas y nos dejo todo preparado y organizado para que nos fuera todo más fácil. La urbanización está genial y muy cerca d la playa. Sin duda 100% recomendable. volveremos!!

Très bon week end dans ce logement, hôte très réactif, appartement moderne et propre. La vue depuis la terrasse de la plage était un vrai + ! Je commande, allez y les yeux fermés ! 🙂
