Vacation rentals with a patio in Villena

We had a fantastic 4 weeks at Helen’s place from 1st February to 1st March. Everything was just perfect. The apartment is so comfortable and spacious. The place was spotless on arrival and communication was brilliant. The terrace was fabulous getting the February sun from 8.30 until 3.30. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen excellent. Very comfortable seating in the lounge. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Finally a great location, local shops excellent, 15-20 min to the beach and shopping areas of the city.

Lovely residence in a beautiful setting

We felt right at home in Tomas' apartment! The residential development is wonderful and the location is great for walking down to the beach, we were very grateful not to have to use the car every day. The patio is a perfect size and because of the orientation it is not too sunny and there is a very good breeze. You know the place is right when you miss something from home! We had a great time and we'll definitely be back. Tomas was attentive to us, trying to make things easy. He was flexible with both check-in and check-out. The days we spent there were wonderful! Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment as advertised, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

Daniel is a very nice person, he was able to give us advice on activities to do locally The accommodation is clean and well arranged, easy to access and close to everything I would recommend this place for people looking to visit Alicante and the surrounding area while staying in a quiet environment.

Emilio was lovely from the first intante, he sent us the necessary information by message, he made it easier for us to enter the house earlier and to be able to leave later if we did not touch. At all times very friendly and charming. The fineness of the orange trees is more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos. All the work where we stay is new, with good finishes and premium appliances. Exelente gusto para la decoración. The pool and BBQ area is the cherry on the cake. And in case it was not enough, we were offered to eat all the orange we could eat, it must be said, an orange of the highest quality. We had a fantastic week at Maria's apartment. The location is unbeatable: in a quiet area, perfect for rest, and only 50 meters from the beach, literally four steps away. In addition, the promenade that surrounds it is huge and beautiful, ideal for long walks. The area is very accessible and comfortable to get around. The apartment was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and very well equipped, with all kinds of appliances and amenities. The hosts were lovely and always attentive to any need. Without a doubt, if we return to the area, we will repeat. Totally recommendable!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. The house is great, it has everything you can ask for in the house, conpleted kitchen, it has a spectacular patio is huge, the beach 4 minutes with promenade with many bars and if you want to walk to Santa Pola in 40 minutes you arrive, by car 5 min. Luciana very kindly welcomed us and let us in before the hour, she put us several messages if everything was okay, she answers very quickly the messages, the truth that I would repeat this house. 100% recommended.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at La Casa de la Luna. The apartment is not only comfortable and clean, but also has stylish design elements that inspired us to shoot some content for social media. We found everything we needed, and the host provided useful tips to make our visit even better. The location is ideal—quiet yet within walking distance to the beach, the castle, and the old market. I highly recommend it!

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

Rosa is a beautiful person, adorable, who advised us from start to finish on good restaurants and different activities. The house is great, there are 2 floors in addition to the ground floor and on each floor there is a terrace, as well as a large terrace downstairs, 2 bathrooms. Everything was perfect, the area is beautiful with a splendid view, from the terraces you can see the sea, sand and palm trees, it's beautiful. The area is quiet and you are less than 15 minutes from Alicante.☺️ We recommend Rosa, the value for money is great and the area is so beautiful. Thank you for everything, we'll be back for sure :) Our dog also loved it, he could go on the terraces and enjoy the sun peacefully ☀️ See you soon☺️

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...

Definitely of the best apartments we've been to. In addition to being clean and tidy, it had all kinds of amenities and details that made the stay even more pleasant. The ease and kindness to get to the apartment, as well as the communication with Abdelhakim. We were going with two girls and he left everything ready and organized to make everything easier for us. The residential development is great and very close to the beach. Definitely 100% recommended. We'll be back!!

Great weekend in this place, very responsive host, modern and clean apartment. The view from the beach deck was a real plus! I order, go there without a second thought! 🙂
