Wilfried's place is in a great location - the beach is right next door, and there is a heated pool on the compound. The apartment is very spacious, with a lovely, huge terrace.

Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

Very quiet area, everything was very clean and the jacuzzi was spectacular. Peter was always available if we had any questions.

What a fantastic spacious place! We have been here before if we wanted to stay in Catral. You can park very well there and the gate was already open when we arrived. Furthermore, you will be welcomed there with a huge fruit bowl and the host Moisés is very friendly and helpful. Everything inside is large and clean and in the beautiful garden you can sit well and have breakfast in the sun in the morning. I think we'll be back here.

Excellent home in a peaceful area close to the mountains and beach. The house is marvellous, with the pool, barbeque and garden. We ate the best home grown oranges, straight from the tree! This place is a gem, we will come back!

The apartment is actually better than the photos, it’s open plan and feels very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need; plenty clean towels and bedding also. The location is superb, close by to the restaurants but just off the Main Street for a peaceful night sleep. Great value and we hope to stay again!

Perfect view from the 24th floor over all of Benidorm. We felt very comfortable because we were warmly welcomed, the apartment is modern and clean, a parking space belongs to the apartment and there is absolute tranquility. It's a short walk to the beach promenade.

This is a good place if you want to stay in Playa De Gandia. It’s not right in the heart of the action being up one end of the beach but it’s close enough. The complex has a lovely pool and is generally a nice place to hang out. The hosts are very responsive and engaging. It’s a good apartment and I would just recommend they provided a few extra basics like oil, salt, kitchen towels etc. I would recommend if you want a nice place to stay close to a lovely beach.

The house was pristine, very flexible when entering and leaving. To say something, a couple of amenities were not up and running. But overall we couldn't have had more luck with the host and the care he took with us.

We had a wonderful stay at Juana’s apartment. The view was UNBELIEVABLE, the pictures do not do it justice. The flat was perfectly clean and cosy, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Could not recommend it more. Thank you !

100% recommended! Our stay at the cottage was simply perfect. Ana and her husband are exceptional hosts: friendly, attentive and always willing to help with anything we needed. The house is impressive, spacious and very charming. We were a group of 13 friends and had plenty of space. Despite it being winter, the temperature inside was very pleasant at all times. One of the greatest pleasures was enjoying its two fireplaces in the huge living room, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. In addition, the environment is wonderful: in the middle of nature, surrounded by an immense pine forest ideal for hiking trails. If you're traveling with any children or pets, this place is perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. It was an unforgettable experience. Thank you for everything! :)

This was one of the most beautiful properties i've stayed in. We felt at home straight away. Everything felt perfect and comfortable. The rooms were all great size with amazing Italian decor. The furniture is amazing and high quality. Each room has its own balcony with the most amazing view of the Mediterranean sea. Each balcony is a big enough for you to enjoy. Hearing the sound of the ocean morning and night was such a unique experience. Everything is so well thought out in the property, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom has all the amenities you need. There is a lift in the property which is so handy. The garage is great with everything from beach chairs and towels for you to go down to the beach or to the swimming pool. The best thing about this property was the Host Pepa and her family. They were always helpful and nothing was too much for them. They made us feel like family. We can not wait to go back. If you get the opportunity to stay here please do.

Absolute tranquility, a lovely setting, even though there were more guest houses, there is plenty of space and areas to put you wherever you want, the barbecue is large and can be used at the same time with other guests, the pool is amazing and the owners are very friendly. Disconnecting is a great spot.

The apartment is in a very convenient location - within walking distance of shops , restaurants, cafes and of course , the beach is the most important thing and it is chic . The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities - bed linen , plenty of towels, spare pillows , blankets , blankets. There are plenty of dishes for cooking. Microwave and washing machine . The apartment is very warm , sunny. Everything is just perfect . The hostess is a very responsive person , at the first request all the wishes were fulfilled ! We were very satisfied , we stayed in the apartment for 5 months !!!

The house is ideal to go and spend a few days disconnected, you can breathe in a lot of tranquility. It's very clean inside, and well maintained. It has an outdoor area with a large barbecue that allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Maybe you need a little kitchenware - utensils for the barbecue, but it's not something that prevents you from doing it without problems. Gareth is a very kind and thoughtful host. Recommended place.

We were very comfortable because the layout of the house is perfect. Too bad we went in winter and couldn't enjoy the pool. Very good communication with the contact we had. Very good value for money. 100% recommended

The house is very nice. We were there with our three small children and we all enjoyed it very much. We especially liked the large outdoor area and the large pool. The location is also very convenient. You can walk to several supermarkets and restaurants and you can quickly reach Alicante, Santa Pola and Elche by car.

Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

Lovely spacious house and garden, with fenced garden and delicious private swimming pool. We have enjoyed it to the fullest. The area seems to be very desert-like at first, but after a few days we found our turn. Beautiful walks made with our dogs. We went out for dinner every day (noon), always in another restaurant. Most were really good, some also really surprising. Even though we had less good weather, we swam 3 or 4 times every day. In short, recommended!

It was a good idea to choose Eva's house. She was very attentive from the first moment for anything we might need. Regarding the house, it is a very large house, but very well cared for and clean. It is a quiet area but very nice. I definitely recommend Eva and her house 100%.

We had a wonderful week in a cozy house with a large walled garden with flowering plants and a lovely swimming pool. Excellent base for Alicante center, beaches and surrounding towns. Martina is a wonderful hostess ! If you are looking for a very good restaurant in the area: go to Zinc in Mutxamel.

Beautiful apartment, with a homely feel. Views and the 2 balcony areas fantastic, can get the sun one side and watch the brilliant sunset. Extremely well equipped kitchen, bonus to have an oven, small kitchen but not a problem as very practical. Good living space, bright bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with both a bath and shower. Pressure as advised was ok, but found the single shower had better pressure than the over bath one. Bath takes far too long to run, so only used it once for grand child who then had showers. We went oct 20-28th. Weather was mostly good, so beach and sea most days, we did go in the pool, but it was rather cold as not heated. I am ok with cold water, but wouldnt suit most. As there is no wifi a manual with basic info about the area, supermarkets, trams etc would have been useful. We felt very comfortable in this residential area, private gated parking a bonus. Trams approx 8 min walk away, regular & on time.neighbours are very friendly, a lovely winter break
