We had a very nice stay at this place. As shown in the pictures, everything is very modern and stylishly furnished. It's clean and you had everything you needed. The location is ideal. You can reach the Lac on foot and by car or bike you can quickly get to the city center. Nevertheless, you are in a quiet environment. We enjoyed it very much!

We were hosted very well by Isabelle! The house is very nice and the location peaceful. We had a great time , I would recommend it without hesitation.

Giuseppe's cottage and garden is beautiful. We can see a lot of love and care has been put into the cottage, including the stone and masonry, i.e. the little lizards carved into the door step. We were very lucky we got to stay so close to the mountains and the view was amazing. Everything was convenient especially the free bus travel into Annecy city center. Best accommodation so far on Airbnb! :)

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

The cottage was impeccable, well-equipped and in line with the description. It's a peaceful place with magnificent views of the mountains. We appreciated Jean-Michel's interest in us and his quick responses. Staying at Jean-Michel's was a pleasure. We recommend it.

We enjoyed a great stay at Marilyne's condo. The location is excellent, a very short drive to the little village of Taillores or in the other direction easy access to Annecy. The unit looks better than the pictures, very clean, modern, with a great amount of space and two terraces, one with a beautiful view. Traveling with family the comfortable bedrooms each with a bathroom was appreciated along with the washer and dryer. Marilyne is friendly and easy to communicate with, she was very responsive to any questions we had. We would love to stay here again. Great host and great condo for families or small groups. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great time, the garden of the apartment is really super nice, quiet and of a nice size! The apartment is very well appointed and spacious and comfortable enough for a family. Sandrine provided us with lots of advance advice on restaurants, shops and activities. The place is quiet and makes it easy to radiate to the different points of interest of the lake.

Clear instructions prior to arrival. Listing matches photos. It is clean and in a good location (near the lake) and really not far from the PONT DES AMOURS (about 20/25 min walk). A Carrefour Market is steps away. The small touches on arrival are appreciated. We will be back!

We had a lovely stay at Nina's beautiful apartment! This one is very close to the lake and close to many very nice activity points (restaurants, bars, bike rental point). Felisy was a great hostess and was very friendly and welcoming. This Airbnb is a large self contained attic with its own access. Rarely have we stayed in such a well stocked place with plenty of glasses, crockery and utensils and gadgets. Since we were on a 5 week tour of France we were very pleased to have the use of a washer and drying rack. Felisy left milk, butter, orange juice and Jams in the fridge, get your own bread or croissants. Felisy very kindly gave us six eggs which we enjoyed in an omelette. Thank you Felisy and Felix we hope to return when next in the area.

We had a great time in Talloires, in this beautiful apartment on the ground floor with breathtaking views and which makes rainy or gray days spectacular too because the view is always beautiful. The surroundings of the lake are superb, and Annecy is 20 minutes away. Thoughtful and responsive hosts! Recommended!

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!
