The accommodation matches the listing, it is very well maintained and ideally located for swimming, hiking or cycling. It is very functional, lots of utensils and very good bedding. We recommend it.

Roberto was such an amazing host although he wasn’t able to greet us personally his lovely sweet mother helped us instead. She greeted me by the door and welcomed me warmly into the apartment and showed me everything I will need for the stay. The place is such a beautiful apartment and so modern. Roberto was super proactive and messaged to make sure we were fine and welcomed any messages if we needed help. The apartment itself is super clean, has all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay and is beautifully decorated. Thank you once again we will definitely stay there again if we get the chance to come back that way.

Great apartment, everything is as pictured. Two minutes from the station (you can see it from the balcony), we did not use any transport - it takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the lake and the historical center. The apartment is equipped with all necessary amenities for both short and long stays. Annecy was struck by its beauty and coziness.

There were difficulties with check-in, since in the place where the case with the keys was located, my cell operator did not catch and had to go out to get further instructions. Regarding the apartment, there were two of us, I was with a small child and absolutely everything suited me! First and foremost a bed that my child had no way to fall from. There was also a great balcony. I didn't plan to, but I used the garage, which was included in the price and it turned out to be very convenient! Despite the fact that it seems that the apartment is far from the center - this is not the case at all! Great promenade and center within walking distance. We walked a lot with a sidecar. There is a passage for it everywhere - very convenient. The apartment is also equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook your own food. No TV but we didn't need it. The appliances are in working condition, there are detergents to remove yourself. I would recommend leaving more garbage bags, as we lived for more than a week and two of us were not enough. Great apartment!

we stayed 3 weeks at the appartment and had a fantastic time. It was perfect for us, having 3 bedrooms including one with a desk with good wifi (for a bit of working). Life was easy with free easy parking, and a place for bikes in the basement. The appartment was very homey and convenient. The beds were good, the view on the balcony was peaceful. Lots of storage in built-in cupboards. The location was perfect: 15 min walk to the lake beach, 10 min bike to the old town via the lake, near the mountains, and right in front are all the shops for food (meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, bread, pharmacy), plus a market once a week ! The host was very friendly and very responsive. The only thing to note is that the walls between the 3 bedrooms are quite thin and we could hear through. (but the living room is well separated) Would totally do it again and will recommend to others.

Relatively large and fairly well laid out studio with a small private courtyard that's nice in good weather 😌 About 20-25 min walk to Paquier and the lake The apartment is in a quiet environment and I was not disturbed once Parking is a plus:)

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Great stay with friends in Pascale's house. Everything was perfect, impeccably clean, the house perfectly matches the description and photos. It is very comfortable and there are plenty of beautiful things to see and do in this beautiful region. Pascale was very responsive and met our expectations. Recommended.

We had a great weekend at this little cottage with friends and our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet, the garden is spacious. The cottage is very tidy and very clean. It's a very warm house and it feels good:) We'll be happy to go back!

Very pleasant stay at the foot of Pointe des Brasses! Peaceful terrace and garden. Very refreshing holidays. Lots of board games and books available in case of bad weather or to stay quiet at home.

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

Stephanes house is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays and feel like home. Its easy to find and very close to all the ski resorts. The owners are very friendly and willing to give an ly kind of information. I would recommend this place and next time i ll visit again.

Beautiful annexe to a big house but still private. Very modern space with amazing kitchen and living area. Top quality appliance and fittings. Eric stayed up late to meet us as our flight was very late. It is in the countryside but is just 5 minutes from a bus stop that gets to town in around 20 minutes. I loved our brief stay and would go again to this immaculate air bnb.

The apartment is excellent spacious and the location is Montaz, but the only mishkat in the bathroom is small

good stay, nice apartment, private parking, everything went well, just a small downside: access to the shower is not easy to occupy for all people (disabled, speakers , or having a few rounds.).

We had a pleasant stay at this very well located accommodation in the heart of Aix-les-Bains! The apartment is well appointed and appointed! We really enjoyed the colorful, sunny terrace. We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s an easy walk to the Super Morzine lift and bus stop if you want to go to the Prodains. The pleney isn’t too far either. The bus for Ardent is just over the bridge also. There’s plenty of restaurants nearby like Bertine, Chaudanne and Le Local Morzine. Hubert sports have got lockers downstairs for 10 euros per day if you prefer to leave your skis there after you’ve finished.

Charming functional studio. Very nice terrace and beautiful garden with the river below. We are very satisfied with our stay.

A perfect week in Morzine. We had such a great week in Natalia’s apartment, perfect location and such an ideal set up for our family. Homely but stylish. The kitchen was also so well equipped, had everything you needed and more! Thank you so much for having us, we’d love to return at some point.
