Carlos took all the time necessary to explain how the interior equipment works. He is very available. The small boat is well arranged, separate shower and toilet, small kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, hotplates and sink. Beautiful villages nearby and everything you need in Villaviciosa a few kilometers away. 2 beaches a hundred meters away.

Clean home, comfy mattresses, linens and towels are spotless. No noise, easy parking. Kitchen with all utensils, washer, dryer. Definitely a great place to spend a while. Sergio was quick to answer questions and the check-in was comfortable. If we return to Asturias, we will repeat.

The apartment was very nice, comfortable and clean, with everything you need to spend a few days there. As for the location, it is in a very quiet area but close to all services (bars, cafes, supermarkets...), in addition, it is centrally located, you can reach all the places of interest in the town (10 minutes walking to the town hall ). Finally, Coral has been charming, helping in everything you need and always very attentive, communication with her has been simple and quick. 100% recommended! 😊

Clean and tidy apartment, with all the necessary things for your stay. Perhaps the listing photos don't describe the condition of the place well. In my opinion, it's much better in reality than in the listing. As I said, it has everything you need for your stay, both in the kitchen (appliances, kitchenware, cutlery...) and the bathrooms, bed linens in the rooms, towels, TV in the living room, Wi-Fi... It is in a fairly central area, but quiet at the same time, close to the market and several food establishments, shopping in general, and cafes. Getting in by car is very easy, and getting out to go to other tourist towns is very quick. It also has a very useful private garage space, since the area is complicated to find parking. Communication with Caesar was very quick for any questions we might have had. Jimena checked us in, very attentive and pleasant and the same with Nico at check-out. 100% recommended
