Very comfortable and recommended home in a beautiful setting
A charming balcony is observed, featuring two outdoor chairs positioned outside a large, open window. The interior reveals a spacious bed with a simple design and a lightly colored wall. Natural light floods the room through the expansive glass doors.

I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful gem in Asturias. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush nature, peaceful and striking views, and the kind of charm that makes you want to stay forever. The accommodation itself was perfect, just as described (if not better!) with thoughtful details, cozy comfort, and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. But what truly made this experience special was Suni. She was the most wonderful host—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she puts her heart into making guests feel at home. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in, this has truly been one of my favorites. I left with unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend!

The exterior of the stone house is showcased, featuring large glass windows that reflect the surrounding mountainous landscape. A staircase leads to the upper level, while the natural stone texture adds character to the structure. The sky above is clear and bright.

Great house at the foot of Picos de Europa

SilviaRating, 5 stars13 months ago
Victor was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. The house was very nice, spacious and new. The common area was a bit short in terms of sofa seats, and you had to sit in chairs. The water heater is not enough for 6 adults to shower, so we had to take turns. It had all the necessary kitchenware and utensils for everyday use. It is an excellent option to go with children, as it has a high chair, crib and toys. The only drawback we had was that it was quite cold when we arrived, and although we lit the stove and the fireplace, the house took a long time to warm up and the first night we were a little cold, but if you ask, leave the heating on beforehand and there will be no such problem. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.
A view from a window reveals the surrounding landscape, featuring rooftops and distant mountains under a clear blue sky. Snow-capped peaks can be seen in the background, adding a sense of natural beauty to the scene.

El Refugio II of Verdiago

RenéeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Had a very pleasant stay. They were kind enough to let us use the swimming pool 2 days before it officially opened. Apartment was large and everything was present (except a coffee maker (there is a percolator)). The option to have breakfast in the restaurant was very pleasant because there are no facilities further away. The only point of attention is that there are stairs in the apartment which is not convenient with young children and also upstairs there is no stair gate. Furthermore, I would recommend it to anyone.

An open-concept living area is highlighted by vaulted wooden ceilings and large windows that provide views of the surrounding landscape. Comfortable seating is arranged near a wood-burning stove, and natural light brightens the space. A dining area can be seen in the background.

Cozy and spacious mountain house

MelanieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We were guests with 2 children in Ruis Berghaus and loved it. The house offers enough space to romp around or get out of each other's way. It has a well-equipped kitchen, in which even the most important food is available and 2 bathrooms each with toilet and bathtub or shower. The shutters darken well. You just have to be aware that there are some (large) spiders in the house, which may have been due to the season (spring) during our visit. We were not bothered by the spider roommates, but for some people this could be problematic. The floor is tiled everywhere, but without underfloor heating, so it is best to bring slippers, otherwise there is a risk of cold feet. There are some nice hikes right from the house, as well as other (summit) hikes just a 5-15 minute drive away. We enjoyed it very much in this mountain house and we can fully recommend it for a stay as a family or group of max. 8 people.
