Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. Very cosy and comfortable home. The neighbourhood is lovely, quiet and safe. There are cute cafes and restaurants close by, and lots of nice parks. Everything was as described. The house was well equipped and internet was good. It was very hot when we stayed but the main bedroom has aircon and we used a fan in the second bedroom, as well as closing off the area of the two bedrooms and spreading the aircon through that area. The patio is just lovely and the parilla got good use! Good and easy communication with Claudia.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

I had an extremely satisfying experience during my stay in this apartment. The location is privileged, situated next to the subway, which makes it immensely easy to get around the city. The property is impeccable: beautiful, very well decorated, clean and fully equipped, offering all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The host was exceptionally attentive, always available and willing to assist in whatever was needed, which contributed significantly to the feeling of welcome and well-being. In short, my experience was excellent in every respect. There is absolutely nothing to criticize — only praise to give. We felt very comfortable with Fernando. The apartment is clean, nicely furnished and has everything you need. The location is wonderful, with a large park and many good restaurants in the corner, and at the same time very quiet and safe for Buenos Aires. If we were back in BA, we'd come back anytime!

Gabriel is an exceptional host. Always willing and attentive to every detail before, during and after the stay. If the accommodation is always impeccable, the kitchen is super complete and with extra amenities that are not usually found elsewhere. The room is very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless upon arrival. I'll always come back!

From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!

Very nice and functional apartment with great views of the city. It was nice that the basic things like cooking oil and salt an pepper was in the kitchen to be able to cook the first meal. Micaela was very friendly and available through the whole stay. Would definitely return.
