Vacation rentals with a patio in Villa Pueyrredón

Everything was excellent, the apartment is beautiful, the hosts are very friendly and the area is great for food, tranquility and to take the subway or buses, spectacular!!! I wish everyone was like that Congratulations to hosts !!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The perfect place to feel at home, even away from home. We spent 2 months and 10 days in this accommodation, it was an unforgettable time. From the first minutes, everything was at the highest level: cleanliness, comfort, thoughtfulness of every detail. It's clear that the hosts have put their heart into it — not only in the interior, but also in the atmosphere. The apartment was equipped with everything you need: from little things in the kitchen to pleasant surprises like fresh linen, towels, detergents, shampoos, soap, etc. Sleeping was incredibly comfortable — silence, quality bed linen and a good bed did their job. We would like to thank the hosts for their attention and care — quick communication, flexibility and sincere kindness. This is very valuable. Maria, you're a very nice person ! I stayed one night and the experience was excellent. The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area of Palermo but close to everything. Clean, comfortable and with everything you need for a short stay. Communication with the host was quick and clear. I definitely recommend it.

The apartment is very nice, cozy, and functional. The building is very nice and the area in my opinion is one of the most beautiful residential areas of the city, with the right balance between tranquility and nice places to eat and walk. Adriana was always attentive and was very friendly. I'll definitely be back on my next trips to Buenos Aires.

Beautiful apartment to stay alone or as a couple, and spend a few quiet days in Buenos Aires. Close to Palermo and its bars, well connected to different points in the city. Clean and equipped. The hosts were always attentive to our inquiries, giving directions and answering any questions quickly. Highly recommended!!

We had a great family stay, the place is just as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful and comfortable house in Pasillo. All tidy and clean. Very quiet neighborhood, there is always a place to park. Maria is very helpful and friendly. Safe place and well lit at night. We loved it. Super recommended.

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Very cosy and comfortable home. The neighbourhood is lovely, quiet and safe. There are cute cafes and restaurants close by, and lots of nice parks. Everything was as described. The house was well equipped and internet was good. It was very hot when we stayed but the main bedroom has aircon and we used a fan in the second bedroom, as well as closing off the area of the two bedrooms and spreading the aircon through that area. The patio is just lovely and the parilla got good use! Good and easy communication with Claudia.

The stay was very good, we spent a few pleasant days with the family, the apartment is very comfortable and cozy. The area is very quiet and nice, with movement in the center.

Location location location!!! Amazing place in the heart of Palermo.

From the moment we made the reservation, my girlfriend and I felt very welcome. Our experience at Amilcar's apartment was excellent. The place was spotless: clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. You can see the care and dedication in every detail. Both Amilcar and Beatriz, who is also part of the team, were exceptional hosts. Amilcar was always attentive, cordial and very clear in communication. Beatriz greeted us with great kindness and was always available, with great willingness to help us with whatever we needed. We would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

All good. The garage has just enough space for a 4x4. The refrigerator is a small minibar (May 2025). To take into account if you travel several days, I had no problem. Thank you

Impeccable stay, very clean, airy, spacious and air-conditioned apartment. Special emphasis on the rooms, with a beautiful bed and great quality bed linen, as well as blackout curtains, difficult to find in BA, together with the extreme silence of the place, favors perfect nights of sleep. The bathroom also deserves positive attention, spacious, clean and beautiful, without those old bathtubs and plastic curtains. Anyway, great location, close to several restaurants, bakeries and shops in Palermo, for those who like to walk, it is worth walking through the neighborhood until you reach Palermo Park. Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The host was very friendly and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move luggage. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. Yes, it had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
