From the first moment she was super attentive to any query, in anything we needed she gave much more than 100%, the check-in and check-out had a flexibility that I will always be grateful, in terms of the apartment, just beautiful, it has everything you need, clean, with a beautiful terrace, we did not need anything, the location is unbeatable, you have the sub two blocks, and you can move around the city with ease, my expectations were already high and still managed to overcome them by a lot. I definitely recommend it, you don't have to look any further, when I return to the city this is definitely my first and only option, Thank you Maria! You're amazing!

We went to a concert, we took advantage of going a few days before to walk around. The choice of accommodation was in line with what we expected and more. The area was ideal in terms of transport, it felt safe and quiet, access to the apartment was easy to understand, a few blocks from a busy avenue, not far from Chinatown and with many bus lines available. The apartment as such felt comfortable and cozy, the balcony provided the possibility of airing the place, the cold/heat air conditioning helped with the temperature and the fact of having a coffee maker and microwave gave it a plus. We look forward to coming back

The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Excellent location close to supermarkets, cafes, subway, restaurants, etc. Federico was available from the beginning to answer questions. Connectivity to get to tourist attractions by subway or bus. A great place to stay that we will definitely visit for a future opportunity.

I had an extremely satisfying experience during my stay in this apartment. The location is privileged, situated next to the subway, which makes it immensely easy to get around the city. The property is impeccable: beautiful, very well decorated, clean and fully equipped, offering all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The host was exceptionally attentive, always available and willing to assist in whatever was needed, which contributed significantly to the feeling of welcome and well-being. We liked the apartment very much, very comfortable, warm, cozy, spacious, a lot of light. But the main disadvantage is the railway right under the windows and the trains that run both day and night, so if you don't mind this rumble of trains both day and night - I think you will be satisfied with the apartment. We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood and with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is giant and great for sleeping, and the host served us super well. The building is located a few blocks from Corrientes Street and Av. 9 de Julio. The highlight of this apartment is the breathtaking view of all of Buenos Aires from the 18th floor. It allows you to appreciate the sunrise and sunset. The entrance staff is respectful. Hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen, bathroom, hot water, heating, TV worked perfectly. I highly recommend staying in this apartment. I'd go back.
