A beautiful place, a very nice apartment, very tastefully decorated, everything works perfectly, the area is magnificent, two blocks from the subway, supermarkets nearby, pizzerias nearby. Being internal, you don't hear the noise from the street. Analia, great host, totally recommended

We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

Great apartment, big pool, big house, everything is organized conveniently. There is everything you need. Check-in went without problems. Of the minuses - check-out at 10 am

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Being at home... Everything was superbly equipped, the kitchen, the laundry room, the terrace... We had a beautiful climate that allowed us to enjoy the patio and the terrace. The house has details that make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The shower in the main bathroom is a 10 ❤️ The bed is very comfortable, and a dream storage space. Close to a store for daily shopping And a few blocks from a new restaurant and bar area. Casa Paz is large, comfortable and invites you to rest, have a barbecue and enjoy with family or friends. The safe and quiet area.

The place is super comfortable, everything is as described and as shown in the photos. The area is quite quiet, several shops near the place and the subway station a few minutes away. Christian was always willing to answer questions and provide solutions to any situation. I felt quite comfortable during my stay at the place

It was a very good experience. Villa Urquiza is a beautiful neighborhood. We have small children and the square meters from the apartment was a great attraction. It's full of bars and cafes. The neighborhood is beautiful! Super Recommended.

The location is good, with nearby markets and easy access to the metro, which made our locomotion a lot easier. The neighborhood felt peaceful to us, although it was not as close to the sights as we thought. Still, the displacement was quick and practical with the subway. The hostess is a dear, very attentive and friendly, making our stay all the more enjoyable.

The stay was excellent. The impeccable apartment, the comfortable beds and much greater comfort of having TWO bathrooms made our stay spectacular. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to return. Milagros and her willingness to answer messages and concerns were excellent. 10/10

We loved it, we were very comfortable, we were not cold, the bathroom extras, such as soaps, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer were a plus that I did not expect, and it is very practical. The building itself is very quiet, and easily accessible, we always found parking in the area. We'll be back for future visits to Buenos Aires

Excellent studio apartment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to every concern. I recommend it 100% .

My stay at this Airbnb in Palermo was simply perfect. The apartment truly offers the best view of the city – absolutely breathtaking! Every morning I woke up to the sunrise lighting up Palermo, and at night, the city sparkled right before my eyes. The balcony is the ideal spot to relax with a glass of wine and soak in the unique scenery. Beyond the spectacular view, the apartment is super comfortable, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants, cafés, and tourist attractions. The host was extremely attentive and always available with helpful tips and local recommendations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing experience in Palermo. I can’t wait to come back!

Everything was excellent, the apartment is as described in the publication, very clean and tidy. Very quiet and nice place. Angel's very friendly, attentive and cordial treatment deserves special mention. He was in all the details from the first moment and always answered all the concerns instantly. I recommend it!!!! and if we come back, we will definitely stay there again.
