The accommodation was wonderful, the environment is air-conditioned, there is air conditioning and a thermometer in the entire environment, the floor heats and heats the entire apartment. It is well furnished, the furniture and utensils are all of quality. They provide clean, fragrant and quality towels and linens. The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, they were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, they were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit. I recommend you all to stay.

I chose the location because I needed to study at FAUBA, which was a 5-minute walk away. Also, that day I needed to enter the apartment earlier and they gave me the possibility. ) The neighborhood is really quiet and safe. The apartment is just like the pictures, everything is very clean, comfortable, it has a stove and microwave, electric kettle and everything you need to eat in the place. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes nearby. As a comment to improve, there is a window that opens directly to the bathroom, a curtain could be placed to make the stay unbeatable.

Nice apartment, clean and comfortable. The person in charge of the place was very friendly and responsible. They changed the sheets and towels twice. The only thing I could say is that the fridge was a little small, but I stayed a month. Everything else is fine.

we agreed with Romi to do the check-in. All the rules are very clear. The spectacular apartment for a five-day visit. We went as a couple. with everything to cook or buy and heat, however you want. a super quiet neighborhood with everything you need within reach. Romi is attentive to what you need. Excellent apartment with fabulous view. Everything is great - and very clean. They have all the details - from air fresheners to liquid soaps. Honestly, it's wonderful - one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. Highly recommended. Juan and Sofia are super friendly and excellent hosts. The building has very good amenities.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

From check in to check out everything was top notch. As described, the follow up and communication was very prompt. The cleanliness gave me an added comfort. Lovely hostess gifts of snacks and wine was a very nice gesture!

Paula's apartment is wonderful. It is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, very calm and relaxed with lovely restaurants and cafes really close by. Short walk to main road with great gym, ice cream shops etc. The apartment itself has amazing natural light, excellent wifi for video calls etc. Overall, a brilliant place to stay long term or short. I stayed a month and I wish I could have stayed longer. Paula is very friendly and kind host too! I highly recommend this place to other travelers

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Pablo de building manager is also super helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this place, Im very happy to have chosen it. I fully recomend it

Gabriel is a very involved host with the reception. Before arriving, I send suggestions for places, restaurants, breweries and places. Leave us very relaxed, the reception is spectacular. He's very careful, his apartment is organized, he explains how everything works. And he's always ready to answer questions and anything you need. In short, we were very comfortable and safe. Everything was impeccable.

Excellent stay. We stayed 5 days, the location is sensational, Palermo is a very beautiful neighborhood and with many nice places, the apartment is close to the subway for those who want the convenience, the bed is giant and great for sleeping, and the host served us super well. Our stay was great.

We enjoyed some nice days in the apartment, everything was just like the photos. The only thing is that the jacuzzi is only cold water... more for the summer! Angel is always very attentive and the area is full of places to go.
