My stay at this Airbnb was simply unbeatable. From the moment we arrived, the facilities exceeded our expectations: everything was impeccable, modern and with luxury finishes that really make you feel like you are in a special place. Every detail was carefully taken care of, from the decoration to the comfort of each space. But what really made the difference was the attention of the residential staff. Not only were they kind and professional, but they were always available to help us with any need. They gave us local recommendations, assisted us with reservations, and even took the time to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. This place undoubtedly combines the best of high-end accommodation with the warmth of personalized service. I would recommend it without hesitation to those looking for a complete and top-notch experience.

Definitely one of my best experiences in the app. A really beautiful and comfortable house with everything you need for a spectacular stay. The pool is the best, it really is at a temperature that makes you enjoy it day and night. No solar panels that really don't work, the water here is delicious. Hipólito, who welcomes you, is simply spectacular with his attention. We won't hesitate to return with the whole family.

Excellent accommodation, but the only detail is that the water in the shower comes out either boiling or cold, with no in-between. From there on out, the area was perfect for us, shops and self-service nearby and the description and photos matched reality

This place is perfect. Right in the center of Morelia. Walked all over and plenty of restaurants near by. The house was clean and perfect for our family.

Beautiful spacious home. Unfortunately we weren’t able to get the jacuzzi to heat up but still enjoyed the cold water in the Mexico heat. Two of the days the bedroom next to the kitchen didn’t have hot water in the shower. Beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the stayed since it was in a perfect location.

From the outside with its incredible pool and Jacuzzi, to the inside of the villa, it is very beautiful. If you are looking to rest, it is the perfect place... I would have preferred to go on a date with less heat to take advantage of the adventure of enjoying Guanajuato on foot. But I would return to this villa without hesitation, thank you

We didn’t know much about Villas Xichu when we booked it — it just seemed to be a convenient and reasonably priced higher-end accommodation. But Gloria was extremely friendly and communicative from the word “go”, checking in with us frequently as our stay approached. When we finally arrived (while Gloria herself was abroad), the staff welcomed us right away, and we were very pleasantly surprised to learn we had been upgraded to the nuptial suite. This was a significant upgrade to a beautiful apartment with a stunning view of SMA, amazing decor and many thoughtful amenities. Gloria continued to check in how we were finding things, made us feel right at home and part of the Villas Xichu family! I heartily recommend and can’t wait to return!

The area is safe and very quiet, ideal for resting. The beds are very comfortable, the services work perfectly and the place was well prepared. In addition, Hector was an excellent host, he was always very attentive and helpful before and during our stay, which made everything much easier. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

The host is very accessible and easy to find, always attentive and willing to help at all times. The house is perfect to enjoy as a family; it was my wife, my two children, my parents and I, and we were super comfortable. What we enjoyed the most was the outdoor area: the garden is impeccable, we played badminton, we had breakfast at the table with an umbrella, and most of the time we spent in the heated jacuzzi and in the pool, which is kept at a very pleasant temperature of 24°C. Definitely an experience we would love to repeat!

Beautiful place, it's our third time going and it's just our favorite place! Super quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Jacuzzi and how beautiful the accommodation is, the chalupas nearby are delicious, everything is very close and our kitten enjoyed her stay a lot, running and exploring everything, highly recommended if you go with your pets. Eva and Edgar are the best, always attentive, answering very quickly, literally they always make us feel at home, thank you very much for everything, we will return soon to disconnect from the city again!

A house in the Cerro Verde residential area, in the upper part of Morelia, with all the necessary amenities and even more, such as foosball or billiards. A couple of things to consider, there is a lot to go up by car to get there, although the table and the foosball are already in use, buy everything you need since there are no stores nearby, there are 3 rooms but they are not exactly soundproof, with that in mind you will have a great time!

It's a wonderful place, a window to appreciate the view and a spectacular octopus.
