Peter's place exceeded our expectations! Especially the outdoor area with a great view between the apple trees and grape vines was amazing. In addition, it was completely fenced - so ideal for dog owners. We will be happy to come back!!

We had a wonderful stay with family and friends, including young children, in Brian's lovely villa. The property has fantastic views and is enormous. Brian was very helpful throughout our stay. He arranged a delicious meal for us one evening. We were particularly grateful that they came up with a special vegan menu for two of our friends, who really appreciated the effort and the food! I would definitely go back.

The place was very well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, towels, detergent - everything) clean and perfect to get down from the location. Communication was excellent and check-in was very friendly. We also received friendly and quick answers to our questions. The WiFi reception was good but less suitable for 4 or more people who want to work at the same time. We would come back. Incredible host and property. We feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay here. Cesare was beyond helpful with recommendations and flexible with our check in. Secluded, peaceful and a great place for making memories during our travels around Italy.

Igor has always been kind and responsive, there have been no problems of any kind. The house is new and has everything a modern house should have (well-equipped kitchen with induction, oven, dishwasher, etc., motorized shutters, bathrooms with large shower, equipped patio that overlooks the garden) and in general corresponds to the photos and description. As a bonus, I was given the opportunity to use a gazebo in the front row facing the sea for free, kindly offered by Igor's father. If I really have to find a flaw, I would say that it would be better to put mosquito nets at least in the bedroom and at one of the 2 French windows that overlook the patio. Keep in mind that there is no TV (however, it is reported in the description provided by Igor). The area is peripheral, very quiet with villas and gardens and vegetable gardens; given the distance from the sea and supermarkets, it is better to have your own vehicle.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and felt private and peaceful — just what we were looking for. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Antica Villa vicino Firenze. The villa is full of charm and character, with beautifully maintained grounds and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with authentic Tuscan touches. Our hosts were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The location was ideal—just a short drive to Florence, but far enough to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. One of the highlights was the pool—the view from there is absolutely amazing, overlooking the rolling Tuscan hills. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We especially loved the garden, the views, and the feeling of stepping back in time while still enjoying all the modern comforts. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and authentic Tuscan experience close to Florence.

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa for our bachelorette getaway! The host was incredibly responsive and made everything smooth from start to finish. The views were absolutely breathtaking — even better than in the pictures! The villa had everything we needed to set the perfect atmosphere: fully stocked kitchen with plates and glasses, plenty of towels, and thoughtful details throughout. We loved picking fresh lemons from the garden and finding peaceful spots around the property to read and relax. It’s incredibly private and serene — the perfect escape. While the drive-up can be a bit tricky at first, it quickly becomes second nature and is well worth it.This place exceeded all of our expectations. Highly, highly recommend — we'd come back in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay, beautiful, peaceful surroundings and very warm hosts! We lacked nothing. We were here with 7 people for our training camp and had a wonderful time in the villa. It's really even nicer than we would have expected from the pictures. Surrounded by olive trees and only a handful of other houses, you can perfectly unwind - whether by the pool, in the garden or in the house itself. Zara and Mark are very courteous and helpful. We immediately received an answer to every question and also a lot of helpful tips to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Zara showed us the area on a short morning hike. We would never have found these places without them. We will be back for sure.

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

I cannot brag about finding this place enough. At first I was skeptical as I have booked some places that did not match the description nor the pictures. This place far exceeded in all areas. Samantha who meet us at the location was the best!!! She gave a little history on the place and left us wanting to see before photos. This home is amazing! It was clean, well laid out and full of amenities. The surrounding were so peaceful, well laid did not want to leave. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Cristiana and Mauro were the most friendly hosts. They made us feel immediately comfortable and set us up for a great stay at their wonderful home, offering some fabulous nearby dinner recommendations, as well as directing us to local grocery stores, and train stations for easy day trips into Florence, etc. The farmhouse is beautiful and brimming with character throughout, offering spectacular views over Vicchio. The private swimming pool is bigger than the photos suggest, and not too deep - the kids loved it. The hot tub allows you to sit back and drink in the peaceful Tuscan views. The sauna was a great touch, which we enjoyed throughout our stay, along with the pool table/games room. The outdoor terrace is large and great for a BBQ. The road leading up to the house is a fun drive - we rented a 4x4 (highly recommended if you are planning to stay here) that made it relatively comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return as there is so much more to explore there!

We visited for a multi-generational family holiday - grandparents, kids and parents. The setting is wonderful, in the mountains of Fosciandora - an easy 1.20 hr drive from Pisa airport. We enjoyed having the option of the jacuzzi as well as the fresh water pool. And had local chefs cook for us several evenings. The local Tigalle meal was a special highlight on our first day - compliments to Chef Nenella. It’s a stunning place and we’d love to come back. Local trips we did were to Lucca (about an hour), Castelnuovo di Garfagnana and Barga. Pizza Indie was a great recommendation from Leo. Our hosts were so responsive and wonderful to speak to. They couldn’t have been more attentive. I can def imagine we’ll be back in years to come. Highly recommend the his wonderful place to anyone who truly wants to get away and switch off. The mountain air and beauty is good for the soul.

We booked the place for myself and my wife, my 2 daughters with thei husbands and my 4 grandchildren (aged 2 to 13) and their nunny. We all enjoyed our stay, we all felt we had privacy when we needed, and common areas to be all together. Excellent place for large families or parties. The host ready to answer all questions.

The home exceeded our expectations! We spent a wonderful week there with our family. A fantastic house, magical place and lots to see and do in the nearby area! The host couple was very nice and helpful - a tribute to them! The house and kitchen were well-equipped and we lacked absolutely nothing - but now that we are leaving, we miss the house and look forward to coming back! Ciao - see you!

Laura was an amazing host and made sure we knew all the details of the house and was very responsive if we had a question. The house itself is gorgeous and so are the surroundings. Highly recommend staying here as a home base in the Tuscany area! We visited many surrounding cities as well as a winery 40 minutes south. We would also recommend the restaurant Nuevo Ranch right done the street! Wonderful!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. We really had an amazing stay! The location is ideal and peaceful, a real haven of peace in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. The pool is beautiful, with stunning views. The accommodation is very charming, very functional and very clean! Eugenia is welcoming, extremely kind, available while being discreet, and offers good advice. Sabrina and Teresa greeted us at the gate of the villa when we arrived. Showed us around and were very responsive to us with any request during our stay. We had a relaxing and wonderful time. Many laughs, great meals, wine and a wonderful Villa with everything we needed and spectacular views. Thank you Sabrina and Theresa!!

Villa Frau was a dream to stay in, so close to Lucca and we found the day trips to Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano and Cinque Terre a breeze to drive. Katia was so helpful and friendly and a joy to communicate with. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful stay. Clean, spacious, nice pool. Well located, quiet area. A few small things like something too little stuff in the kitchen, the back door to the terrace is stuck and opens poorly and the hot water at the sink was not there. But those are small things. Overall definitely recommended. Oh, and successor's son and daughter-in-law, the gelateria at the top supermarket Essalunga is also a great tip. And furthermore, the osteria moderna in the Pescia stand is also recommended.

The view, the surroundings, and the overall atmosphere were simply magical – a true dream spot for relaxing.
