Monthly Rentals in Villa Crespo

Very pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment which corresponds to the description. A few minutes from the heart of Palermo! But a little further away from the micro centro (which is not bad!)

I absolutely loved my time in Villa Crespo and in Paulina's apartment. The neighborhood is full of cafes, restaurants and bookstores with excellent public transportation options. I felt like I was living in a real neighborhood not just a tourist zone. I loved the balcony and comfortable layout.

This is a truly excellent place to stay, I cannot recommend it enough. First the host, Soledad, always communicated very well with me and helped me with many things, and she replies quickly and in a friendly manner. One time I asked her if she could provide an extra item (not listed on the booking), and she happily brought me it the next day. The apartment is wonderful - it's very spacious and comfortable, with a great balcony and a fully kitted kitchen. Everything is in excellent condition and it makes for an ideal place to stay. Security is also great - it's on the top floor of an apartment block that cannot be accessed without two sets of keys, they're always kept locked. The elevator works absolutely fine. The location is also ideal as it is close to Palermo with bars and cafés, supermarkets very close, a restaurant, kiosk and bus stop over the road and a vegetable shop on the corner. It's such a good spot that I'm going back there in a month! 10/10, not a single issue.
